Episode 4 – "Becoming Nova"
Zane sat in shock as his father, Frank Carter—once known as Kaelor of the Xelarians—revealed the truth. The quiet, ordinary life Zane thought he had was a lie. He was half-human, half-Xelarian, born with abilities beyond imagination. Strength, speed, resilience—powers he had only just begun to discover.
"You were always going to find out," Frank said. "I just hoped it would be later."
Zane’s mind raced. “So, what? I’m some kind of alien?”
Frank nodded. “A hybrid. Stronger than humans, and maybe even stronger than me one day. But your powers will only grow if you learn to control them.”
Zane clenched his fists. It all made sense now—the moments he felt different, the strange instincts, the energy that sometimes pulsed inside him. But if he had this power… what was he supposed to do with it?
Frank led Zane to a hidden basement in their home, a place he had never been before. Inside, old Xelarian armor and battle suits lay covered in dust. With the help of his mother, Elena, they designed something new—something that fit who Zane was.
A sleek, dark blue and black bodysuit, lightweight yet durable, resistant to extreme forces. A silver Xelarian symbol engraved on the chest, glowing faintly with energy. A helmet with a retractable visor, allowing Zane to switch between normal vision and enhanced sight.
"This isn't just a costume," Frank said. "It’s a symbol. A reminder of what you are, and what you can be."
Zane took a deep breath, stepping in front of a mirror. He didn’t just see himself anymore. He saw something more.
"Every hero needs a name," Elena said with a proud smile.
Zane thought for a moment, then smirked.
"Call me Nova."
And with that, a new legend was born.

Episode 5 – "First Flight"
Wearing his new suit, Zane—now Nova—stood on the rooftop of a skyscraper, his heart pounding. The city of Neo Haven stretched before him, glowing with lights, alive with movement. For years, he had been just another person in the crowd. Now, everything had changed.
Frank, standing beside him, watched carefully. “Your Xelarian blood gives you more than just strength. You have energy within you—power that can push you beyond human limits.”
Zane took a deep breath. “So, what? I can fly or something?”
Frank smirked. “Only one way to find out.”
Zane looked down at the streets below. The idea of jumping off a building didn’t seem smart. But something inside him—an instinct—told him he could do it. He focused, feeling a strange energy build up in his body, radiating from his core.
“Alright… here goes nothing.”
He stepped forward and leaped.
For a moment, panic set in—he was falling. But then, the energy surged through him, and before he hit the ground, his body lifted, hovering above the city streets. Wind rushed past him, and suddenly, he wasn’t just floating—he was flying.
Zane shouted in excitement, adjusting his body, pushing himself forward. He zoomed through the sky, laughter escaping him. This was freedom.
Frank watched from above, a proud smile on his face. His son was ready.
But just as Zane got the hang of it, an explosion echoed in the distance. Smoke rose from a building downtown.
Zane's excitement turned serious. “What was that?”
Frank narrowed his eyes. “Your first test.”
Without hesitation, Zane turned and rocketed toward the chaos. He wasn’t just a kid with powers anymore. He was Nova.
And the city was about to meet its newest hero.
