Chapter:- 2 (Welcome to Hame house)

We r finally at Ham house... late and last one to arrive . Yes.... the place called ham and our final destination end in Ham house . Ham House build in 1610 , its a 16th century mansion build by Sir Thomas vavasour and Kinght Marshal . Back in 2001 it was a famous tourist attraction and people from everywhere used to come ....

.. just to have a look of this majestic mansion. After some years people started to spread displeasent rumors about this place and soon it lost all the attractions. Now it's a resident for NCD's employees. Its total land goes 0.117 sq mi - 0.452 sq mi including the garden.......we never got the chance to inspect the massive garden of Ham house mansion. Something surprisingly got my attention, as we are parking our car. My eyes went to the red fiat linea T-Jet .... it was parked in front of the parking lot. As I was trying to get a clear look .... someone just came out of the car, in red saree with long hairs . She didn't look back or even noticed our presence.... tirthant socked my shoulder and ask " are we the last one ?" probably yes .... because she was already walking towards the mansion. Surprisingly even in this weather she was just wearing a saree. I have to say womans have a great power of tolerant. Before I can put my jacket ...tirthant pulled my hand and started walking . Truth to be told I was little confused what happened ...... cold is finally freezing my brain maybe.... I could only remember one thing at that time ... Trithan complaining about " why there is no light out here ?? its diwali man ...your relatives did a very bad decorative arrangements ". suddenly he stomp on my right foot....and I'm back to reality..... we are finally standing there ... the big black door waiting for us to ring .....!

98 Rooms and 1 basement... It's very easy to get lost in here..... although after asking them , they told only north part of the mansion is allowed to access. hmm what ??? who?? ooo sorry . ... I forgot to introduce the current resident of ham house. Please let me introduce you to Soma Das and her husband Avishek Das , my love sister and her husband recently moved to ham house.... and this is there 1st diwali here in London. She was angry ... and even we are adults she punched me like every angry sister do to there little bothers. " Come on sis we are not kids and you have brain look out its raning". Anyway it's a huge place from outside to inside... tirthant was murmuring about the decoration... he was disappointed and told " this is diwali festival or just casual Saturday night family reunion..?" Truth to be told this time he was completely right ...no lighting , no decorative nothing. Asking avishake his answer they dont have time for this , actually its make sense his office grunt a single day leave and that also for some other reason. Diwali decoration take more then a week so its natural for them to skip to the main events. But they actually did the puja and that all they can do in sort periods of time . Puja was took place in a room of 2nd floor .... and I was surprised to see they actually managed to decorate the room , only the room anyway. Tithan on the other hand started to click pictures. Sis told everyone is already gathered in dinning hall. I was surprised to saw so may similar faces. But where is she ??
