'Ur Crush' 2

Suddenly, a gang of drunk guys cross roads with you and they started staring at you. One of these drunk guys was the guy who harassed you in the morning and you got really scared. The guy said, “Aren’t you the b**** who dared to kick my d*** in the bus. I will now shown you how to respect elders.” The drunk guys slowly surround you and you are against the wall. They stare at you in lust and came closer and closer near you. You were really scared and closed your eyes not daring to see or even imagine what might happen to you in the few coming moment.

But a voice came calling, giving you hope. It was ‘Ur Crush’. ‘Ur Crush’ said, “Leave her, come at me if you want.” The drunk guys were annoyed at him for interrupting. Drunk guy said, “Hey kid, stay out of elders’ business or you might end up crying later on”. The guy then pulled his arm with the alcohol bottle and aimed it to smack ‘Ur Crush’, but ‘Ur Crush’ dogged it and kick the guy’s stomach and pulled his hair, then he punched the guy’s face leaving dark mark of the punch. The other drunk guys all aimed at ‘Ur Crush’ and started fighting, but ‘Ur Crush’ easily fought against them alone and he won. ‘Ur Crush’ hurriedly pulled your hand and started running away from the drunk guy.

After a few moments of running, you guys reached a small comic shop and ‘Ur. Crush’ bought 2 bottles of water for you and for him as well. While blushing, you managed to thank him for help and he gently smiled at you. He said, “Do you still not remember me?” You were confused about what he said but he explained.

You: What do you mean?

‘Ur Crush’: Do you still remember the boy who used to wear thick glasses and a black hoddie when you were in pre-school and he always used to come here to read comics?

You: That cute short boy? Who do you know about him?

You suddenly started thinking, ‘He knows him and there is definitely a connection between them. Wait, they both have the same hair colour, same dimple and the same mole on the same spot. Does that mean….’

‘Ur Crush’: Cute… Thanks for the compliment. And I am that cute short boy you remember.

You: *Thinking*Why the h*** did I add the word cute? And I haven’t met him for year and now he has grown so tall and I can barely recognise him.

‘Ur Crush’: I still remember the first time we met. I was short back then and you were taller than me. You helped me get the book I was trying to reach and I thought you were helping me, but turns out you were goanna read it. I begged you a lot but at the end we end up reading it together.

‘Ur crush’: From then on, I came to this comic shop every evening just so I can meet you. I remember you said that you want to marry someone who is perfect and can everything and gets good result in the test so I studied very well. But after about a year, you stopped coming. I came here every evening but you never came. I thought that if I become a perfect man you want to marry, then I can meet you. Later when I joined high-school, I finally met you again. You looked the same. You have the same long hair tied in a pony-tail and you had the same key-chain you used. I tried to talk to you but you didn’t recognised me.

You: You grew up so much that I didn’t recognise you. And you never told me you name.

‘Ur Crush’; But you told me your name. I did everything I could to be perfect. I joined every competition, every sport and even the SRC/student council, but you still didn’t paid any attention to me. I thought you were ignoring me on purpose so I kind of stopped trying to talk to you. But when those guys were trying to lay their dirty hands on you, I couldn’t resist my anger so I fought against them. But I think I disappoint you since that was not the perfect guy you wanna marry….

You: You are already the perfect guy, what more do you want to achieve?

‘Ur Crush’: You mean, I am qualified to marry you?

You: I never said that *blushing* and why are you bringing up marriage topics

‘Ur Crush’: Because I want to marry.

And this FREAKING line made you froze up and ‘Ur Crush’ started blushing and was nervous. It was like a proposal which you can’t resist, you really want to say ‘I love you’ but your mouth can’t move. Time went by and you guys were looking at each other’s eyes. You can’t keep your eyes of him and slowly both you and ‘Ur Crush’s head tilted and lips slowly came near each other as if you guys have done it a zillion times before. You lips were only a couple of millimetres away from his and the lips were about to touch in only a millisecond when the shop keeper shouted saying, “I am closing this shop in a minute so please hurry up” making you and ‘Ur Crush’ realize of you guy’s action and quickly grab your stuffs and go out of the store.

You and ‘Ur Crush’ walked towards home in quietness but there is the something in the air that makes both of you blush every time when your eyes meets his. You came towards your house gate and it was time to part ways, before going in ‘Ur Crush’ ask your number so you guys can text each other and of cause you gave him your number.

You guys farewelled each other and you went inside your room. You took a shower and had your dinner. After that you went back to your room and continued doing your home-work. But one thing is that when ever you start doing something, you would remember ‘Ur Crush’s face and remember the moment when you first kiss was about to be stolen. You look at your phone but there were no message. You look at your phone and wait as if ‘SOMEONE’ is going/supposed to text you but you phone just lay there silently. That night you couldn’t do any of your home-work and you fell asleep on your study table.

In the morning, the sunlight showed over your face making you wake up from your sleep. You look at the clock and saw that it was 5:27 am. You thought it was very early and you could sleep for some more minutes, but you just remembered YOU HAVEN’T DONE YOUR HOMEWORK FOR THE FIRST TIME!! The homework was due today so you spent 1 and a half morning hours doing your homework.

Then you packed your bag, get changed, ate your breakfast and went to the bus stop. At the bus stop, you met 'Ur Crush'.........
