Edgar went to his company immediately after the meeting. He still with his decision, will not marry that Suzanne Simon. He was traumatized by his father's personality, even his father’s few mistresses tried to seduce him before. He needs someone who can support and love him wholeheartedly.

“Boss we got information about that young woman. Here all the information”, Edgar’s assistant voice brought him back to reality. Without hesitation, he looked at that file.

“Interesting”.

“Let’s visit her if we have free times”. Edgar wants to know about Bella, he felt like de-ja-vu this morning. “Did we meet before?”, there too many questions inside his mind.

While at Xiu International Company,

“Bella we will have a collaboration with Floral and Bookworm Café for our fundraising event. So you will the leader for this project. Don’t disappoint us”, said my head of department.

“So I will with that arrogant man again or not? Did he the frequent customer there?”, Bella felt excited not because of being the leader but perhaps due to that arrogant man.

Two weeks later…..

It is the day. Today is our company's big fundraising event for orphanage together with Floral and Bookworm Café. I dressed up in a simple plain blue dress while my boss, Xiu Ling looked charismatic in his black attire. I didn’t expect this guy will come to watch this event. He even picks me up this morning and gave me his homemade breakfast. I just didn’t want my colleagues gossiping about me. They knew about me having a late fiancé, even sometimes they asked me to go for blind dates.

My bossy CEO, Xiu Ling asked me a year ago to become his fiancée but I thought it’s just for his cover-up, as he avoided being matched up with other young miss from an influential family. His family especially his mother wants him to get married to the wealthy daughter from the top family in our country as he the future head of the family. His mother liked so much with the Wan family eldest young miss, as they used to play together when they still a child.

“Sit down first, don’t stand up too long. It’s still early”, Xiu Ling concerned with Bella as she wearing a 6-inch high heel.

“Don’t worry boss, if I just sit down what with the others? It’s unfair to them”, Bella gave a reasonable excuse.

Xiu Ling just clenched his fist. Since he admitted his feelings to Bella, she kept distance between them. 2 years ago, they met for the first time when he led the interview for new employees. He was attracted to her independence personality. She didn’t like other women, if she got in trouble, she will try to solve on her own.

“Sorry I’m late”, there a familiar voice.

“Why you are here? We busied, please leave”, said Bella as soon saw that man face. It is him, that arrogant man. Bella a little bit blushed as Michael looked so handsome in a black tuxedo. Xiu Ling aware of that and he felt too jealous.

“Did they know each other?”.

“I’m sorry this arrogant miss but I’m here as the owner of Floral and Bookworm Café. How about you?”, Michael just smirked.

“What? You’re the owner?”, Bella face just became red.

“Yes my darling. And you still owed me a lot”.

“How dare you?”, Bella didn’t believe this man too shameless.

“Ehem, can both of you stop quarreling?”, Xiu Ling didn’t happy with the current situation.

"I can felt the smell of vinegar", said Xiu Ling assistant. He aware his master cared about Bella and supported if both of them become a couple as Xiu Ling changed a lot since he met with Bella.
