gurl i ho through all this for 2 years and I'm telling you it was hell for me I become so silent after all this I start to get sacred to study infront of anyone and till now I have this in me I can't talk about all them without even crying it is hard but yk what I'm also fighting and I don't we are this weak to lose from all this trust me you can come out all of this I'm also myself working on myself
