Episode 2: Misunderstanding

I sat at the nurse's office as a bunch of classmates surrounded me asking me tones of questions, but my mind was elsewhere. Sia probably thinks that I don't value her and did this on purpose as a meaningless prank, but I was struggling to think of any excuse because of these people throwing questions at me.

 "Are you okay?"

"Are you injured?"

"What's wrong?"

"You can tell us"

"Are you being threatened?

"Are you being stalked?"

"Is it Sia?"

Okay that was the last stroll I'm going to give these people a piece of my mind. How dare they blame Sia ugh damn it I need to calm down.

"Guys how about we let Daniel relax first?" A voice said and yeah I knew that voice. It was non-other than Gwen, the school's female hottie and sweetheart and maybe my crush, butt I wasn't on planning to tell anyone about and not with this body. Everyone started to leave the room and I let out a sigh damn I'm thankful for Gwen. I look up and saw her staring me then she gave me a soft gentle smile which gave me instant butterflies. She left the room with the other's, and I was a blushing mess, but that was quickly forgotten as I tried to think of a way to explain to Sia.

My first initial plan was to get out of this room and look for Sia, but that will fail miserably because I know deep down there is someone or people waiting for me to come out of the room, so they can take care of me, so I'll scratch this plan out. My second idea was to sneak out, but I just know that there are students roaming around so that won't work either. Looks like I'm not smart enough to come up with a plan to meet up with Sia.

I laid on the bed trying to think of something, but I ended up drifting off...

I was standing on top of the roof again, but something felt off. I was about to jump, and a strong grip pulled me back, and I reacted immediately stabbing the person who I just found out was Sia. Damn it! What have I done? Where did that knife come from? I was panicking as I looked at Sia weakening, I was trying to look at the wound then she disappeared becoming a puddle of blood. My surroundings were disappearing one by one as I was confused, my hands covered in blood.

"Daniel" I heard my name being called in a distance.

"Daniel"

"DANIEL" My eyes shut open as I saw faces looking at me panicked. I was standing near the window with a knife in my hand near my wrist. I was about to cut my wrist, I was breathing heavily and sweating as I was trying to process what was happening. I dropped the knife on the floor as I pushed over the crowd off students and ran out. They were screaming my name to come back, but I was just confused. I ran as if my life depended on it, maybe it did. I pushed many students as I was running out then I ran out of the school. Likewise, I had no idea why I was running, but one thing was for sure is that I needed to create distance from everyone. What's going on? Why is my body trying to kill me?

I ran to my house and locked the door behind. I leaned against the wooden frame trying to process everything. Luckily my parents weren't home, so I had time to myself.
