Chapter 2 Purpose

(This time the narrator)

Samantha had calm herself. She notice one person is not around.

"Where is Big Brother?"

Her Father smile at her as he cares her.

"Your Brother were at the palace for the Knight attendant have you forgotten, my dear?"

She look at his father and remember. That's right... How come I don't remember that.?  That what she thought. She look at his father and smile.

"I am fine now father thank you..."

 Even if I said that I am not okay at all... sigh... for some reason because of my breakdown earlier I do forget sometimes. I was spoiled by my parents and they do what I asked. It seems I have realize it by now that not all I could get with just my parents power. 

"Something wrong dear?"

Samantha's Mother asked as she look at her and smile.

"No, Mother I am fine."

"Wife, Maybe Sammy is just overwhelmed because she just got out from danger, It is best if we should get to eat? Am I right Sam?"

Samantha smile as she nod and agree for the fact she was truly hungry. After the breakfast the couple went out to do every noble do a meeting for the court household dukes. It is everywhere of the dukedom to pass there strategist nor the plan for the event for the empire. Samantha wants to stay out after long she thought she dream.

"How come I, Samantha Clarisel Danvual would think that was just a dream. Never, I would never thought it was just a dream. My family, my life even my own dignity I was being treated a fool but now it won't ever happen again. Ever!"

"What was that?"

Samantha was surprised to hear a voice she turn to see his brother with his friend.

"B-brother?"

He smile as he pat Samantha's head.

"Yes, who do you think I would be?"

Samantha doesn't even care if this is a illusion nor a dream because the one thing she knew she miss his own big brother, she stood and run toward to her brother. Her brother Henry Marcus Danvual was acknowledge as genius because he were the first young man who became part of the white tiger knighthood more likely the first young general. Henry who just receive a letter a week ago about his sister might not make it to be alive because she was a high fever and she could not even eat nor drink without any assistant to help her.

"Big brother..."

"*smile* I am here now, dear sister."

After a while Samantha calm herself after what she did she couldn't even look in the eyes of her brother. Henry who was quiet glancing at her notice what her expression was.

"Don't tell me that my dear sister is embarrass what just happen earlier?"

"*blush* Please brother don't tease me... *ahem* Why did you come home? I thought you will be back here around the end of this month?"

"I ju- I mean we just finish the knight exam so the school gave me a permission to have a rest until the result are coming."

He finish explain then he had almost forgot.

"I haven't introduced you to my companion He's-"

"Greeting to you lady Samantha, I am Carlos Raj Gastros. I am one of your elder brother's friend."

Samantha stare at Sir Gastros as she remembered.

"(thought) Right. He is the unwanted child of Count Metrios first wife and because of it the Count Family of Gastros adopted him but he. He will die. "

"Miss? Little Miss?"

Samantha snap as she remembered she keep staring at him. As embarrassing moment she turn her head as trying not to be found out but that won't happened though because

"My dear sister? If you're shy what happened please hide your red ear it is visible after all."

Samantha turn herself around at it is both of her face and her ears were hiding behind her hair.

"*chuckle* Am I bothering you two boys teasing my daughter?"

The Duchess, Mistress Samuela show up.

"Mother!"

"It been awhile Mother."

"Greeting Duchess Samuela."

Mistress Samuela giggle as she walk toward to her daughter.

"Yes, it was a hard time for you boys. I guess both of you might stay for dinner?"

Mistress Samuela smile at them. Henry sadly he shook his head and smile sadly at his mother.

"To tell you the truth the position for the general were past down to me mother and the thing is I came back home is for sale for a advice to you and father. "

Samuela smile at him as she turn her head looking up were their father work.

"We all have destined to choose the path either which we supposed to be faith and destined we should choose but our will."

Samantha was quiet when she understood now.

"*thoughts* Mother was right I won't choose between those two because my purpose is to change my faith. Died in the hands of the man I thought whom I share my life and burden. And destined to die. I Will change that! because that's the purpose why I came back.
