I grew up in one of the powerhouse families in A city. So naturally I was taught my entire life to be a tiger. I had to meet the required criteria of a perfect young girl. My entire life revolved around receiving appreciation from people around me and it had little to do with whether I knew them or not

It was why I was quite happy to leave home and do my schooling abroad. I don't particularly dislike my family, they all loved me and wanted me to have the best. But the problem was the so called 'best' doesn't really have to be something I liked.

But forget about it. The first time I met June Loyd aka the female lead was in the university where we both attended. We didn't share the dorm since I stayed in an apartment close to the uni and she majored in interior design and I in fashion design. But we were still best friends. We were in our third year when that incident happened.

I woke up feeling like shit. It feels like someone is banging my head like a lunatic with a hammer. I am never gonna drink again and this is probably the eightieth time I have said this. But seriously Im gonna end this once and for all

My phone started ringing and deep desire to throw out the window was high. But I still picked up the phone

'sup' I said nonchalantly to the phone.

'Can I come to your place there is something I want to tell you' June said anxiously.

I frowned ' what's wrong? and you can come over. I do need someone to make me a hangover soup'.

After few minutes she came in.

'Do you remember what happened last night?'

'Sorry dear I never remember my drunken stupor' I replied.

'I have flashes of memory related to yesterday.'

She told me about Tiffany spiking her drink and she was sent to some room where she slept with some guy she don't even remember.

Okay now how am I supposed to console her?

'You know how I'm terrible I am at consoling people right?

but I'm sure you will be fine.

We can make Tiffany pay for it and you can forget about the guy, consider it as an accident' I said to her.

'Okay' she replied.

But I really wish it was as easy as that. Tiffany told everyone at uni that she slept with some old fox that day.

And as the cherry on top June got pregnant.

June was really troubled with everything going on and she really wanted to leave here.

So we decided to move to France together.

We will complete our studies there as well.

Everything went well. June wasn't looked down upon just because she was a young pregnant student.

And she gave birth to the most adorable boy in the world. I became his godmother after pestering her like crazy.

And we named him Trey.
