I feel really bad for him after learning about his past. He was just a kid when he lost his mother, and even though his father and brother were there, they could never truly understand what he was going through. They tried to support him, but it was never enough. On top of that, he’s gone through so much because of his vampire side which he can’t even control. Yes, he’s done terrible things. Yes, he’s even killed his own people— but not because he wanted to. It was beyond his control at that time. I’m not saying his actions are right, but I can’t fully blame him either. The more you understand his situation, the harder it is to judge him so simply.
