I’m pretty fed up with this book. The story is interesting, but the prose is terrible: the pronoun referring to a character constantly switches between "he" and "she," so within the same paragraph, a person is described using both masculine and feminine terms, with no regard for whether they are a man or a woman. Also, why would a human-vampire hybrid be able to be born but unable to procreate? IT MAKES NO SENSE!
