I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share a small thought about the story. I feel that Anthony comes across as quite selfish and harsh, and it makes me wish that Brian could be given a stronger, more powerful partner—someone who can truly stand up to Anthony and perhaps even give him a taste of his own actions.
I understand Jonathan’s role, and I don’t mean any disrespect to his character. However, to me, his feelings for Brian don’t seem entirely genuine, but rather influenced by sympathy or his past experiences. Because of that, their connection doesn’t feel as strong or convincing.
If possible, I would really love to see Brian paired with someone more powerful and deeply committed—similar to the dynamic you’ve created with Ethan and Caleb. I believe it would make Brian’s journey even more impactful and satisfying.
