Last Shot of Love
:
Episode 1 ~ (Transmigrator's POV)
'My spirit's about to completely take over this woman's body. In my previous life, I was a master at manipulating people's hearts. All men were fascinated by me. Now, for the sake of the original owner of this body, I'll make her foolish husband regret. I'll have him kneel in front of me and beg like a puppy!'
"Mrs. Miller, Mr. Miller has returned. He asks you to go downstairs," the servant said, knocking on the door.
Nakahara sat in front of the dressing table, lazily waving her hand. "Let him wait." The servant was surprised. "Let Mr. Miller wait? That might not be a good idea..."
Nakahara absentmindedly combed her long hair. "Alright, you can go. It's not a big deal to keep him waiting a little while."
The servant left, and Nakahara looked in the mirror, shaking her head in disgust. "What am I wearing? And my makeup makes me look old." She took off the conservative dress and removed her makeup in the bathroom while showering.
As the hot water cascaded down her skin, Nakahara felt comfortable. She looked up, and her beautiful jawline was reflected on the misty glass door.
'The original owner was beautiful but restrained, trying to please her husband by being obedient and virtuous. But she didn't know men have a natural tendency for vices. The more obedient she was, the less attractive her husband felt she was.'
Nakahara finished her shower, wrapped herself in a white bathrobe, and dried her hair. She slowly put on light makeup and let her black hair hang down loosely before walking downstairs.
In the European-style living room, a man in a tailored suit stood by the French window, holding a cigarette. He flicked the ash impatiently. Nakahara walked behind him and said casually, "You're back." James turned around, scanning her from head to toe, frowning.
"Do you go downstairs dressed like this?" "What's wrong with how I'm dressed?" Nakahara looked down at herself. The white bathrobe was decent enough.
"As Mrs. Miller, don't you know basic etiquette? How can you walk around in a bathrobe?" James scolded her. "Can't I wear a bathrobe in my own house?" Nakahara felt he was insane.
James pointed to the document on the coffee table. "Sign the divorce agreement." Nakahara smiled slightly. "If you don't sign it, we'll go through legal procedures."
James mentioned the Miller and Brown families, but Nakahara calmly signed the papers without hesitation. After seeing the signed divorce papers, James hurriedly took them and left.
Nakahara's smile hid the darkness behind it.

"The Divorced Woman"
Wearing a sparkly silver body-con dress, I walked gracefully into the nightclub where my ex-husband's mistress worked. The funny thing was that the place was now owned by my father. He had been enraged after hearing what had happened to me during my marriage, so he bought the place, planning to get the mistress fired. However, I stopped him; I had a better plan – making her regret her whole existence.
