Actually maybe Novak had a untold love story with someone in Aurelius' world and Novak was forbidden from entering that world as he is a multiuniverese traveller or something or maybe Novak was forbidden by someone from entering that world.
And he was separated from his lover, and at that time when he got back to his world, he saw the review of Elijah and wanted to mess with him or something and maybe he called Elijah back to his world, cause maybe he was jealous that Elijah got to be with his lover, Aurelius but not Novak
It's just my theory, and I don't want our dearest author to change the story or something but I just wanted to share my theory with yah! Maybe it might give you more or new ideas. Please note its a maybe situation 🤣 and also it's my imagination running wild 😜 😂
