Chapter 4 - "Bella Frell"

That night, her cousins who were staying in her room were fast asleep, she herself couldn't sleep, she woke up because she was afraid of the things she saw, and her name was also red on the file.

...June 30, 2014, San Francisco...

The next morning she started digging through the city archives to find information about this old case because she had searched the internet and not a single source had talked about it.

"Morning Frell, what are your thoughts on what happened last night?" ask Dean suddenly appears in front of her at the middle of the city

"You, why did you appear in front of me like this!" said Hadley shocked holding some newspaper archive on her hand

"Just wanted to make sure you were still alive!" said Dean to her with a weird look

"Can you stop popping up, and stay away from me, it's quite scary." said Hadley to Dean

"And one more thing, I'm engaged, don't try to approach me!" said Hadley to Dean and get back to her car

In the car, she locked the door and started reading the newspaper regarding the missing Bella Frell incident.

"Bella Frell disappeared without a trace, currently the police have not found any strange incident, her parents are honestly very worried." read Hadley flipping to another page

"Uncle Brent and Aunt Melinda, they never wanted to have anything to do with our family, they only came back when grandma died." ask Hadley herself reading the papers

After that she drove away to a park, and then she sat near the park, and looked around and read another papers and still got the chills of what would happen to her.

Hadley opened a can of drink and drank it near the park and when she was about to drink, Bella Frell appeared in front of her crying.

"Do you really not want to help me, Hadley, please save me, or I'll drag you down next." said Bella Frell then disappears

Shocked, she fell silent, Hadley was confused about how to save her, she herself didn't know Bella Frell.

Suddenly her phone rang and it was a call from Mike, Hadley answered it and it turned out that it was only Mike who asked if she wanted to stay or go back.

"I think I'll stay a few more days." said Hadley to Mike on the phone

"Oh yeah Louis, does he need to be taken out for a walk because I'll take Chloe for a walk later?" ask Mike on the phone to Hadley

"Yeah, just take it, see you later!" said Hadley to Mike hung up

After that, Hadley got into her car. She was very sleepy. She didn't get enough sleep last night because of the things that happened to her. Hadley then fell asleep in the car.

"Hey miss please don't park here, you're blocking the road!" said an old guy knocking her car window

Hadley had just opened her eyes and heard someone knocking on her window, without saying a word she immediately drove back to her house.

When she got there she was shocked, was this really her house, Why did it look different, The surrounding decorations were also different.

She looked around at the billboards that read 1995 everywhere, so she was confused about whether she was time travelling.

Without hesitation, she wanted to walk in, but suddenly a girl pulled her from behind.

"Hadley Frell, stop!" said the girl who is actually Bella Frell

"Bella Frell?" said Hadley froze in shock

"Relax, I pulled you into the past with me, now you will be trapped here with me, but don't worry I won't hurt you." said Bella pulled her to the house backyard

"But why me, can you explain to me what really happened?" ask Hadley to Bella scared

"Follow me first, I will explain it to you while walking." said Bella to Hadley

"Get on this truck immediately!" said Bella lend a hand for Hadley

Bella took Hadley to a place near the back and it turned out that near Frell's house there was a small lake, and near the small lake there was a garage containing strange object.

"We are the sacrifices of this family." said Bella pulling all the white cloth from the garage

Hadley was shocked because after the white cloth was dragged out, it turned out to be strange objects like a cult.

"What is this?" ask Hadley to Bella confused

"You realize that your name on the book is red right, actually it was originally a book, not a file paper, I was the one who tore them up." said Bella looking down and searching for something

"Book?" ask Hadley confused

"Because of your curiosity you were trapped by our family's witch, if you never read the contents of that file you will be safe." said Bella to Hadley

"I was being hunted by that witch, I don't know what their name is, but I tried to hide from them for these 17 years." said Bella to Hadley getting a dusty book

"Look at this book, it contains sheets of names of the ancestors of this family, and only a few have red names!" said Bella pointing at few names

"They were previously family sacrifices, and that means we are the same, if we don't look for a solution then we will be trapped and become a victim of the family." said Bella to Hadley

"Previously they all failed, that's why we must always make family sacrifices, and you are the next, find a way to survive in your universe." said Bella to Hadley

"Don't get caught by those witches, once you get caught you won't come back again." said Bella to Hadley then disappears

When Hadley was about to shout Bella's name, she woke up and she was in her car, panicking, she immediately drove back.

"Garage near the lake." said Hadley driving back to her house
