Where It Begins

Mizuki: "Ryo, have you made your offering yet?"

Ryo: "Yeah, just a moment"

Ryo said as he puts on his shoes and walk towards his older sister while holding the offerings in a basket filled with flowers

As they walk their way towards a lake where a legend about it being a grave, where an anonymous hero of this village sank his sword after a great fight with a Wyvern from the north mountain of Sylph that suddenly attacked this village called Actre.

The legend says that, that very sword still lies at the bottom of this unnamed lake, and the tradition of making offering every once in a year to commemorate the passing of this hero has been going on for generations.

By The Lake

Mizuki puts down a bouquet of roses near the lake, and sat down to pray, followed by Ryo beside her

As they finished praying and prepared to leave, Mizuki saw a male figure in black cloak, standing just across the lake, looking down at the lake, his face is also covered by the trees' shadows, so Mizuki couldn't see clearly. She wanted to greet them, but as soon as she blinked, that figure is gone. She tried looking around, finding none, she brushes it off, thinking it was just her imagination.

Ryo: "What's wrong, sis?.. Did you saw something?"

Mizuki: "No, it's nothing, let's head back now"

At The Village

As they reached the village's entrance, they saw a male figure in black cloak, the same person Mizuki saw at the lake. As they came closer, they noticed that the villagers are blocking his way.

Mizuki: "What's happening here?"

She asked an older woman who is standing near her house

Lyra: "I don't know, but everyone says he's from the capital, you know people from the capital often comes here looking for trouble, right?"

Mizuki: "I saw him by the lake when I'm praying"

Lyra: "You did?.. What did he do?"

Mizuki: "Nothing, just stands there... Watching the lake"

Lyra covers Welc's mouth with her hand

Lyra: "shut up Welc, he's just a guest... So yeah, welcome to Actre, do you need anything from our lovely little village? Ah- i forgot to introduce myself, silly me, I'm Lyra, nice to meet you. This guy that won't shut up is Welc, that guy is Noine, and this is Mizuki and her little brother Ryo."

Mizuki: "Nice to meet you"

Ryo: "Nice to meet you"

Akane: "I am Akane, just a travelling swordsman, nice to meet you too"

Mizuki: "so uh... Do you need anything, Akane?"

Akan**e**: "Yes, I am looking for someone with a decent Mana capacity"

Lyra: "Oh well, i think Mizuki has quite a decent capacity"

Mizuki: "Me? But i can't even cast a simple spell such as fireball"

Akane: "That is fine, you do not need the ability to use spells, I just need the Mana"
