Setting: Austin, Texas and Multiverse Rifts, 2012

Villains: Six Elior Hayes variants + Dr. Kael Richter (Shockmaker, minor revival)

ACT I – The Calm Before the Storm

Scene 1: Morning in Austin

Kael “Volt” Navarro, 15, jogs along the rooftops, electricity dancing across his limbs. His prototype nanoweave suit pulses faintly blue.

Kael (voice-over):

“Another day… same city, same chaos. But something tells me… it’s never going to stay quiet.”

At a small rooftop cafe, Kael meets his girlfriend Sierra Martinez, now 15, tinkering with drones for a robotics competition. They smile, happy, unaware of the approaching multiverse threat.

Sierra:

“You’re obsessed with running everywhere… can’t you just take a break?”

Kael:

“Not when the city needs… well, me.”

Scene 2: Rifts Appear

A crack of blue-and-orange energy tears the sky over Austin. Six figures appear — distorted shadows of Elior Hayes from other universes, each with subtle differences: one has a scar across his face, another his eyes glow green instead of blue, another moves slightly slower, etc.

They speak in unison:

Variant Leader (E-7421):

“Kael Navarro. Your existence is… a mistake.”

Kael:

“Who are you?”

Variant Leader:

“Wrong universe. We are the correction. The one you think you are… is a lie.”

ACT II – Alexander Arrives

Scene 3: Enter the Speedster

Kael tries to fight but the variants’ combined speed overwhelms him. Suddenly, a white-and-silver streak cuts through the chaos — Alexander, the speed-of-light hero from Universe E-1467.

Kael:

“Wait! Who—”

Alexander (stopping mid-run):

“Who are you? Call me Alexander. And you… are in the wrong universe.”

Kael (desperate):

“No! Call me Volt. I need… I need your help. Please, train me!”

Alexander (hesitant):

“You’re… not from my world. But fine. Speed alone won’t save you.”

He throws Volt a harness device, letting Kael feel his speed and electricity in sync.

Scene 4: Training Montage

Alexander teaches Volt to phase electricity through his body, control arcs without collateral damage.

Volt zips through circuits, jumps between buildings in milliseconds.

They run across multiverse rifts; Alexander teaches Volt how to anticipate multiversal echoes, making him ready for variants.

Volt (panting, mid-run):

“Am I… great in your universe?”

Alexander (serious, running beside him):

“A legend. But only if you survive this.”

Alexander vanishes as quickly as he appeared, leaving Volt standing on a rooftop, electricity crackling and wind whipping through his hair.

ACT III – The Multiverse Threat

Scene 5: The Variants Attack

Six Elior Hayes variants coordinate attacks:

E-7421: Electric claws, faster than Volt in short bursts.

E-8953: Magnetic manipulation, pulling metal objects at Volt.

E-9932: Cybernetic implants, can hack Volt’s suit briefly.

E-6644: Fire-electric hybrid, shoots lightning-enflamed plasma.

E-2210: Shadow-speed, intangible like a ghost.

E-4587: Heavy hitter, enhanced strength and electromagnetism.

Scene 6: First Confrontation

Kael fights desperately. Sparks fly. He takes out two variants, but his powers are pushed to the limit.

Variant Leader (mocking):

“That lightning was for that kid… not for you.”

Kael (shocked, voice cracking):

“Sierra…”

ACT IV – The Heartbreak

Scene 7: Sierra’s Death

Volt shields civilians from a massive energy blast.

One of the variants (E-6644, fire-electric hybrid) strikes a building where Sierra is trapped.

Despite Volt’s lightning-fast reflexes, he cannot save her.

Kael (screaming):

“No! Sierra!”

Variant Leader:

“You were a mistake, Volt. Only the strong survive. And even she…”

Kael (grief-stricken, tears glowing like sparks):

“She wasn’t… she was everything!”

Scene 8: Emotional Low Point

Volt collapses on a rooftop, exhausted, electricity sparking uncontrollably.

Variants stand above him, victorious.

One variant taunts:

Variant Leader:

“You’re weak. You call yourself Volt… a joke. Only we are the real power.”

Kael clenches his fists, igniting a massive electrical surge, but he is still outnumbered.

ACT V – Volt’s Rise

Scene 9: New Resolve

Volt remembers Alexander’s lessons: anticipation, control, using environment.

He phases his electricity through the multiverse rift, creating echoes that confuse the variants.

Moves faster than before, dodging every attack.

Kael (determined, whispering):

“This… this ends now.”

Scene 10: Showdown

One by one, Volt faces the variants:

E-7421: Cut through with controlled lightning whip.

E-8953: Redirects magnetism using electric arcs through steel beams.

E-9932: Short-circuits cyber implants.

E-6644: Channels electricity to extinguish plasma fire.

E-2210: Creates electric barriers to make him tangible.

E-4587: Overloads power veins, sending him flying into a rift.

Variant Leader (final Elior):

“You think you are worthy? You… were a mistake from the start!”

Kael:

“I am Volt… and I will survive.”

Uses a combination of speed-of-light reflexes (learned from Alexander) and pure electrical force to create a multiverse trap. The variant is pulled into a collapsing rift.

Scene 11: Aftermath

Austin is safe, but Kael is alone.

Sierra’s death weighs heavily; he gazes at the horizon, electricity faintly pulsing around him.

He mutters:

Kael:

“I will never forget… and I will be ready. For them. For anyone.”

A faint crack in the sky teases the next multiversal threat.
