Rebirth Of Xiunen
A battlefield surrounded by thunder The sky burned red.
Mountains crumbled into ash. Rivers boiled into vapor. The world — Xiunen’s world — was dying.
He stood upon the last standing citadel, his robes torn and bloodied, his sword humming faintly in the storm of energy swirling above. The Void Lord — a colossal mass of shadows and screaming light — towered before him, devouring reality itself.
Every strike of its tendrils consumed not only matter but memories, time, and souls.
Xiunen’s breathing was shallow. His once steady hands trembled, not from fear, but from the weight of what he was about to do.
“Seal of Eternity… Stage Nine: Soul Offering.”
The ancient incantation left his lips in a whisper. His golden aura flickered like dying flame. Runes carved into his skin began to glow — patterns of sacrifice, etched by his own hand.
Around him lay the remnants of heroes. His comrades, his friends, his parents — all long gone. The once-glorious army of light had fallen. Only he remained.
A whisper echoed through the collapsing world.
“You can’t stop me, Xiunen.”
The Void Lord’s voice was both thunder and silence.
“Even if you seal me… I’ll return. You’ll return. Again and again. Until all light forgets its name.”
Xiunen raised his blade — the Soulpiercer — its edge shimmering with the final fragments of hope.
“Then I’ll seal you again,” he said, eyes burning with calm defiance. “And again… until there’s nothing left of me to return.”
The sky cracked.
The world convulsed.
He thrust the sword forward — straight into the heart of darkness.
A thousand screams tore through the air as the Seal ignited. Golden and black light intertwined, spiraling into a blinding vortex. The force shattered his body, his soul, and everything he was — scattering his essence across time and dimensions.
In his final breath, as the void consumed him, Xiunen smiled faintly.
“Maybe… next time, I’ll finish what I started.”
Then, silence.
The world collapsed into nothingness.
A Thousand Years Later.
Drifting through endless void, fragments of Xiunen’s consciousness stirred. Shards of his memories—flashes of fire, blood, and laughter—floated like broken glass in an ocean of darkness.
Who am I?
Where… am I?
A faint voice answered from the distance. Soft. Gentle. Almost familiar.
“Rest now, lost soul. Your story hasn’t ended yet.”
The void trembled.
And in that instant, a spark of light flared — warm, golden, and alive.
It pulsed once. Twice.
Then burst outward like the first breath of creation.
Scene Shift: The Realm of Eldoria.
A soft breeze carried the scent of rain and blooming ethergrass.
Xiunen gasped — air flooding his lungs for the first time in centuries.
He opened his eyes. The sky was blue. Clouds drifted lazily.
For a long moment, he simply stared, trying to understand.
His body felt… fragile. Young. Human.
He sat up slowly, noticing his reflection in a nearby stream — a boy no older than sixteen, with black hair and faint golden patterns shimmering beneath his skin.
“A… new body?” he whispered.
The ground beneath him pulsed faintly with energy — not Qi as he knew it, but something else.
“Magic essence…” he murmured, feeling it vibrate beneath his fingertips.
This world was different. Alive in ways his last one wasn’t.
A soft rustle came from the trees behind him.
“You shouldn’t be awake yet.”
He turned sharply. A girl stood before him — cloaked in azure robes, her silver hair glowing faintly in the sunlight. Her eyes shimmered with a depth that seemed to pierce through him.
“Who… are you?” he asked, his voice rough.
“Lyra,” she said softly, stepping closer. “And you, stranger, are a soul that shouldn’t exist.”
Her gaze deepened.
“I can see your fragments — your past, your death… your seal.”
Xiunen froze.
“You can see my soul?”
“Part of it,” she admitted. “But it’s incomplete. Shattered. You shouldn’t even be alive.”
“Maybe not,” Xiunen replied quietly, his eyes hardening with renewed purpose. “But as long as I breathe… I’ll find out why I am.”
The wind stirred again — carrying whispers only he could hear.
“Seal… broken… return…”
Xiunen clenched his fist. The faint glow of golden light flickered once beneath his skin.
“The Void Lord,” he murmured. “It’s not over.”
Lyra’s eyes widened at the name, but Xiunen only smiled faintly — a familiar expression of a man who had once faced gods.
“Let the new world test me,” he said, standing tall. “Because I’m done being its victim.”
