chapter: 5

It was summer days , the sun was shining brightly, the heat of Karachi was extremely intense in the months of June and July...... There was even a risk of heatstroke. But despite all this, at that time, a crowd of people were busy shopping in Sadar Bazaar peacefully. She had also forced Ali to come and buy some things for herself......

"Auntie, it's so hot today, you've been making me walk for 2 hours in the market, have mercy on me... just give me some juice etc.i'm thirsty. I lost all of my energy please aunt....." (When Ali couldn't take it anymore, he said in a pleading manner)

"Are you going to but me juice and ice cream or not?" (Ali asked in an angry tone )

"Okay, come on, my dramatist nephew, otherwise you will complain to your mama and baba and ever tell them things I didn't even do....." (Leila exhaled and immediately took his hand again and turned to the other side of the road, heading towards the ice cream parlor)

Ali also start walking with her with a large smile on his face.......

Fifteen minutes later, the two of them left the ice cream parlor... Ali had an ice cream bar in his one hand while, Layla was holding his other hand as he was eating it happily.......

Laylaa was about to cross the road when she suddenly stopped... She turned back because one of the shopping bag in her hand had fallen... In the process of picking up the bag, she slipped her hand that was in Ali's hand and bent down.......

Ali, without noticing anything, focused all his attention on eating the ice cream and continued walking... The car stopped with a "churchurchur" sound... And Ali's scream was heard...Laylaa immediately stood up and rushed towards Ali.......

Ali, who did not see the car and busy eating the ice cream panicked and fell down, the ice cream also fell to the ground... Thankfully, the driver of the car immediately turn the stairing wheel and car hit the tree inside of him... Otherwise, a dangerous accident would have happened.......

Zain, who was driving in a hurry due to urgent work at that time, immediately turn the starirng wheel of the car and car hit the tree instead of child....No damage was caused as he think and took action on time.. He immediately got out of the car to see if the child was safe or not.....

Laila, who was busy trying to calm crying Ali down, saw the owner of the car getting out and angrily rushed towards him....

" Kid, are you alright? Did you get hurt ? I' m sorry kid I'm in hurry so--------" ( zain immediately walk near the Ali and explaining in apologetic manner when he cut off in middle)

"Can't you see? Are you're blind??? Why are you buying a car when you don't know how to drive?" (She spoke in a loud voice and a red face, with anger)

"Miss, it's not my fault. It's daytime, there's a rush of cars on the road, you should have taken care of the child" (Zain ignored Laila's rude tone and replied in a polite and dignified manner)

"Oh, so with being a bad driver, you're also a bad person. Don't you have the sense to talk to girls????" (Laila's body was on fire after hearing her insult like this)

During this whole spectacle, a good crowd had gathered, who were enjoying the drama as spectators instead of solving it......

"Miss, when did I ever be rude to you? In fact, you are talking to me rudely... I have apologized already..." (Zain looked at the strange girl who was forcibly making him feel guilty...)

"There is no need to talk nonsense, your apology will not do anything... Took out five thousand immediately... " (Laila rolled her eyes and extended her hand with attitude)

"Oh hello Miss, what five thousand... Your child is safe... The real damage is to my car" (zain said with mixed emotions of surprise and anger)

Laila immediately closed the distance between herself and Zain and came closer to him... For a moment, Laila's black eyes met Zain's honey brown eyes... Laila's heart started beating at a speed of 180.... She kept staring at him like this...

Zain looked at the girl who was watching him without saying anything... He immediately waved his hand in front of her...Laylaa immediately returned to the world of consciousness....

"What????? " (Zain said irritatingly, he was already getting late, and above of all this....that strange girl)

"Five thousand give me when you have chance,otherwise I will scream loudly and these people who are standing here, were beaten you that much that the bad food of some government hospital for days will be written in your destiny... The choice is yours" (Leila immediately controlled herself and said softly in Zain's ear in a clever tone and immediately stepped back)

Zain stared at the clever and lying girl with anger and sadness who was smiling and staring at him with big eyes at that moment...

Taking a deep breath, controlling his emotions with difficulty, he took out a 5 thousand note from his wallet and placed it in front of Laila..... .

"Say sorry with this compensation, sir" (Laila said innocently, she's also smiling broadly)

Zain gritted his teeth and with great difficulty suppressed his anger, said "Sorry" and placed the note in Laila's hand...

Without saying anything, he walked towards his damage car, started it and drove away from there......

As soon as he started the car, Laila step back immediately...... Ali, who was the reason for all this, was standing on the side with tears in his eyes, looking at his fallen ice cream.bar which was melted completely, watching the whole scene without understanding anything.....

"Oh what???? Come on, let's go home, you've already made a spectacle of yourself" (Laila held Ali's hand while pinching him and said angrily)

"uncle had said sorry already to me......and I didn't, you made a spectacle of yourself... I won't go to the hospital at all" (Ali immediately cleaned himself up and said while rolling his eyes)

"Wait a minute,who is taking you to the hospital ???? ..." (Laila asked him irritatingly)

"Then why did you take 5 thousand from that uncle for my treatment????" (Ali asked in an annoyed tone)

"None of your business, I'll get it framed on the wall of my room... I didn't want to take it anyway, I wanted his number" (Laila said first sentence to Ali but last sentence she said it to herself.....)

They had reached the car, Laila put the shopping bags on the back seat and opened the front seat door for Ali...

"Sit, what are you waiting for???" (Laila asked with a frown on her face)

"I won't sit until i get another ice cream" (Ali stated his decision in a firm tone)

"I will slap you twice and all the ice cream will be gone... You had eaten 2 cups in the ice cream parlor already....so be obedient now, sit down immediately or else you will be taken home in an ambulance... And believe me, I won't feel bad about any charges of murder understand!!!! " (Laila angrily forced Ali to sit down and closed the door and got into the car and started the car )

* Thud * with a sound of it laylaa came back in present....... She look around in a confused manner.....she was laying in her room's couch which was placed in corner....... Laptop was placed on the table ...... Some korean series was played on it.... When she finally realized that she was again thinking about her first meet with zain...... In which she fall for him at first sight........

A shy and cute smile appear on her lips ...... It had been 6 months since this incident. When she told Sara everything, Sara had scolded her a lot. But when Sara came to know that Laila had started deliberately avoiding all her proposal...... she was shocked. Laila told her that she liked that honey-colored eyes boy. But maybe they would never meet again and Sara consoled her that. If fate wills it, you will meet him again.

And now they finally met........ And on top of it she got to know 3 days ago that Zain was living in their neighborhood.......she was dying with happiness......

* Thud * another sound of falling something rang in the room again..... The smile on her lips disappear and she looked at the direction of the sound... It came from the bathroom.....

Laylaa got up......it was evening time....the sun was about to set......she walked towards the bathroom and opened the door......there is no one ..... Jist her shampoo bottle, soap bat, face wash and other things was on the floor........

She confusedly looked around......it was true the window is closed it's December.......the weather is cold....... what's the reason those things fallen down........ She shook her head and start putting the things on their place ........

After finishing her job she left the bathroom and came in the room........ She was about to sit on the couch again when she feels as of someone was sitting on the couch already.......her heart start beating faster, fear took place.....she looked at the couch.....there is no one..... finally she exhales her breath and sit on it, she played the korean series and start watching them.............

While, in outside the wide window of her room.......a black silhouette appear.....a pair of eyes looked at her intensely...............and then disappear......as if they were never exists.......

He sits in his shop, looking at his boss who's definitely in a bad mood....... actually it's been at least a week he saw his boss ( zain ) in same mood.....

Abdullah quietly observation the person who came back to counter and now was making a bill for the customer who finally decided to buy new laptop from their shop ...........

After he was done, zain looks at Abdullah who's looking at him woth curious eyes.....

" What ? " ( Zain asked with raised eyebrow )

" Nothing, i just thinking what's makes you feel moody these days " ( Abdullah replied with a smile )

" Just some stuff " ( zain said with boredom)

" Nope, if it's just random stuff you're not that worked up......i can see you're irritated by something & it's not just some stuff I'm sure boss. " ( Abdullah said with mischievous grin on his face )

Zain quietly inspect Abdullah from head to toe....... Finally, after few minutes of silence he took a deep breath and start talking :

" I met the same girl...... The one who's behind my car crash & took away 5 thousand even though it's her fault ..... "

Abdullah start laughing........

" What the hell are you laughing about ?? " ( Zain said irritatingly)

" Obviously boss, i remember her very well..... because of that spectacular you're father scold you and took you're precious car away from you for a whole week. You have to came to the shop from crowded buses........ hahahahahahaja " ( Abdullah Said mockingly and start laughing again )

" If you don't want to die than, stop laughing man " ( zain said with anger and took out the mop standing in the corner of the shop )

" Okay ' okey let's be serious. How did you two met this time " ( Abdullah replied trying to make series face but a smile was on his face )

" She's the one who rented the shop on baba's plaza & her family shifted in that haunted banglow " ( zain replied casually)

" Shit, they stays in that banglow.......ohoo, then what if the jinnat( ghost ) of the banglow haunt them"(Abdullah asked with full surprised face)

" Who cares, i hope she got haunted by that shadow ghost for sure " ( zain said grinding his teeth hard )

" What kinda shadow ? " ( Abdullah asked curiously)

" Don't know i saw it sometimes. I never see it's face it's just sometimes appears and then disappear.....but if i ever try to took closely to it to find what's that i always feels like it's looking at me like....... staring straight into my soul ....... So i avoid looking towards that house direction " ( zain replied remember the stranger thing he saw middle of the night or in that day he really feel that thing was real)

Abdullah got closer to zain as he's lost in his thoughts and said in a mysterious way :

" Boss, maybe it's in love with you and want to take you away in his Jinn's world or maybe he wants something from you or-------------- " ( Abdullah left his sentence unfinished)

" Or what ? "( zain asked think he might say something useful)

" The jinn wants your heart " ( Abdullah finished his sentence with a proud smile)

zain who's listening attentively thinking Abdullah really said something useful feels scared for a moment but, when he saw who that was the lines appear on his forehead and he angrily shove Abdullah away and shouted.......

" Stay away....what the hell are you rumbling about. If you don't know how to say something normal than be quiet "

" Ok ok boss whatever but, you really believe it noooo hahahahahaha " ( Abdullah surrendered and than start making fun of zain )

" Shut up, look the customer is here go attend it ......" ( Zain said changing the topic )

" Ok boss " ( Abdullah also stops messing around and walk towards the couple entered in the shop )
