MYSTERIOUS TOWER

They entered arianna's room and finola settled on her bed"well...it's like this i've made my research and the book you are looking for is on that tower"

She pointed at a grim looking tower in the distance, arianna glanced over expressionlessly missing the odd look in finola's eyes.

"But..there's a person who is also a student of this school confined there...he was trapped by the spell of an old mage because he reaked havoc in the whole school almost destroying it"

"why did he do that?"

"well..rumours said his mother died in the hands of the angels and he went berserk destroying everything in sight...even his father lucifer couldn't stop him so they resorted to this method of calmimg him down"

Arianna sighed"i guess it's forbidden to go there"

Finola nodded"but we can sneak there"

Arianna sighed"That book holds the answer to all my questions"

Finola glanced at her expectantly"we'll go tonight"

Hearing her agreement finola's eyes lit up with an indescribable light.

NIGHT CAME

The guards were patrolling but missed two figures one dark the other green,they stopped behind a rock close to the tower.

"I can't believe you finola..you wore such an eyecatching outfit"

Finola glanced down at her green dress and at Arianna's black hoodie and baggy pants, she shrugged"not only black can be used for camouflage"

Arianna sighed"would you activate the teleportation spell or not"

Finola snapped out of it and got to work, it wasn't that arianna couldn't do it but 'low class elementals' couldn't cast the spell, if she cast it now there would be suspicions.

In the blink of an eye they were in front of the room on the first floor, finola's eyes flickered and she suggested.

"i'll go stand guard outside"

Arianna nodded and went in she was greeted with darkness she carefully closed the door so finola wouldn't see her, a beam of light apeared in her palm illuminating the room arianna walked slowly to the book on the coffin she reached to grab it but her hand brushed on the coffin for some unknown reason the markings on the coffin began to glow soon the coffin's door swung open and the book fell off.

Arianna jumped back in fear but and unknown force pulled her back, she was face to face with a man whose face was deathly pale.

She shivered as she gazed into his scorching red eyes, he grabbed her neck and pinned her on the wall his gaze travelling down her face to her fair and slender collarbone.

He bit down on her neck and slowly sucked her blood,arianna struggled but he didn't budge after what felt like eternity he let her go .

She slid down the wall weakly and a trail of blood slid into her cloth, he bent and licked the wound, arianna cowered back in fear.

The man was somehow furious by her fearsome look, he scoffed and glanced at the book on the floor.

"You want to know about angels?"

Arianna stood up weakly and ignored him, the room suddenly lit up, the man wasn't angry and sat on the dusty sofa casually, his once pale face now had a rosy colour.

The door burst open and finola appeared, she didn't seem suprised which made arianna narrow her eyes, finola shivered feeling her cold gaze, she bowed to the man and addressed him respectfully.

"Greetings crown prince lucian"

Lucian waved his hand"so you sneaked out on a little rendevous?, now that isn't proper"

Arianna rolled her eyes and pulled finola heading to the exit.

"you and i need to have a chat"

Finola shivered hearing the emphasis on 'chat'....
