Chapter 3

I wasn't even thrilled by this news cause I had problems mixing with other kids and I haven't started arranging my room but I was glad that I had to continue my course, what I love doing, taking photos, drawing and I will fully go into that when am in university.

College is just more of normal high school but also a 2 year training into university with the thought of that I brought out my camera and take a shot of my dad and later both of us.

I have finally embraced my life how it's going to be, I just hope I college it would be the same normal and well also make friends fast and easy.

I went back upstairs to start unpacking my bags and fix my clothes I would wear tomorrow. There was a lot of variety but I settled on a strapless floral gown with a black leather jacket at least it looks presentable enough for a new student. Don't get me wrong I would have loved to wear trousers but I don't want to give a boyish impression on my first day at college.

Oh my god am just worked up about my first day like I don't know what is wrong or I think it's just the town. It made me to look at my appearance, like right now am looking at myself on the mirror, looking at my lavender eyes and pale white skin that looks more like I never go out on the sun with my white hair cascading down my shoulder almost my butt level. I think that's why mom named me lavender. Maybe it might be to much cause my gown is also lavender but my jacket is leather black but am thinking of wearing a knee boot or snickers. Gosh why am I so nervous, I just really wish we never left Seasdawn.

Soon it was dinner and I was almost done with my room, it only remain the basement that's where I will drop my paintings and my pictures.

I went downstairs to see what I could do but well dad really handled everything so I just sat at the dining table and food was served.

The meal was amazing, dad had outdone himself this time it made me remember when mom cooked, she was a bad cook, I mean a terrible one, one time she burnt the whole pasta saying she was trying to fry it thank God for dad who saved the day.

I was done eating so I had to wash the dishes, kissed dad and go upstairs to my room to fix my bag.

I laid down on my bed and my only hope is that everything would be okay. I don't know I just felt something is wrong, gosh this place is making me think like a grandma, well I went to sleep and did pray everything goes well.

Am so sorry for the late post of this chapter. It was cause due to exam plus I took a break because of the exam stress but I do hope you find it in your heart to forgive me. I also do plead u comment on every chapter cause I don't take it as a joke cause I would love to know what you think on the journey of lavender.
