This morning, Ayna woke up, feeling dizzy. She looked at the person beside her, and Andre was there, sound asleep in a chair. She got up from bed, waking him up when he felt her move.

"Are you awake?" Andre asked, immediately examining Ayna with a stethoscope.

"Thank goodness you're awake. You passed out in the elevator last night." Andre reminded Ayna of the previous night's events.

"Oh yes, thank you, Doctor, for coming to save me, but Doctor, is Mr. Raffan here?" Ayna asked, hoping Raffan would regret having her follow Syela last night.

Andre shook his head. Andre also showed him his phone screen, which showed numerous calls from Andre, but Raffan hadn't answered them.

"He didn't come, and his phone is off," Andre replied, stuffing his belongings into his bag.

"Doctor, can I go home now?" Ayna asked.

"Yes, I'll take you to Raffan's house," Andre replied.

"Thank you, Doctor. If you hadn't come, I might have died by now," Ayna said earnestly.

"It's okay, Ayna. We're family now, right? So I have an obligation to help you," Andre's words moved Ayna.

"Okay, get ready now," Andre replied.

Amitha arrived at Raffan's house, and Raffan still couldn't find Ayna. Raffan felt regret for leaving Ayna at the shopping center the night before.

"Raffan," Amitha called.

"Mom, you're finally here." Raffan immediately approached and hugged his mother.

"Where's Ayna?" Amitha asked.

Raffan was at a loss for an answer, as he didn't know where Ayna was.

"Mom, Ayna is in the hospital with her mother." Raffan lied to Amitha, hoping she would believe him.

"Really?" Amitha asked.

"Yes, Mom, she's with her mother." Raffan lied again, just to avoid his mother's wrath.

"You're lying, Auntie!" Andre shouted from the doorway, along with Ayna.

Amitha was shocked to see Ayna looking very pale, even though she was still wearing a hospital gown. She immediately helped Ayna sit on the sofa.

Amitha also asked the maid to bring Ayna a drink. Concerned, Amitha touched Ayna's forehead, but she didn't seem to have a fever.

"Andre, what's wrong with Ayna?" Amitha asked, looking at her nephew.

"Auntie, last night Ayna called me and said she was stuck in an elevator at a shopping center. Did you know? Your daughter wasn't there, even though Ayna came with her. I'm sure Raffan has a girlfriend besides Ayna!" Andre said irritably, blaming everything on Raffan.

"Hey, watch your mouth, Andre!" Raffan snapped.

"It's true, isn't it? You have another girlfriend? There's no way you'd leave Ayna without a clear reason." Andre once again made Raffan panic in front of his mother.

Bugh!

Raffan punched Andre, shocking Amitha and Ayna with his harsh treatment.

"How dare you say something like that, Andre!" Raffan growled, pointing at Andre.

"Why, is it true?" asked Andre, unwilling to be outdone.

"Come on, what are you two doing? Ayna is sick, Raffan, you have to take care of her right now. And Andre, go home and don't cause any more trouble." Amitha looked disappointed at her two sons.

Even though they were only nephews, she already considered Andre her own son.

"Raffan, if you keep neglecting Ayna, you'd better give her to me!" Andre replied.

"You! So you want Ayna too!" Raffan snapped.

"Enough!" Amitha shouted, trying to end the argument.

Raffan immediately approached Ayna, hugging her tightly, creating a new drama in front of her mother.

"Honey, I'm sorry. I'm sorry for leaving you at the mall last night, but you said you were going to the hospital, right? Why didn't you go? I'm sorry, honey, because of my business last night, you ended up like this." Raffan made up an alibi to cover up the scandal between him and Syela. He couldn't imagine what would happen if Amitha found out about Raffan and Syela. She might immediately seize all of Raffan's assets.

Ayna didn't speak; she was fed up with the drama Raffan always played out. This wasn't the kind of marriage Ayna wanted, but unfortunately, she was trapped in this contractual marriage.

"This is all my fault," Ayna explained.

Amitha immediately left the room to retrieve her belongings left in her car.

Meanwhile, Raffan distanced himself from Ayna.

Amitha gathered her things, but her eyes lingered on the fence, where a woman she thought she recognized stood.

Amitha sharpened her gaze, and her suspicions were correct: it was Syela.

"Is that Syela?" Amitha muttered, immediately approaching the fence.

But alas, When Amitha approached the fence, she didn't see anyone, even though she could clearly see that the one singing was Syela.

"Sir, where's the woman who was standing here?" Amitha asked.

"That woman is a furniture saleswoman, ma'am," the security guard replied.

"No way, I saw Syela earlier." Amitha still couldn't believe it.

"No, ma'am, you saw wrong," the security guard replied.

Amitha left, dissatisfied, because she couldn't see the woman she thought was Syela. Amitha immediately went inside, carrying the items she wanted to give to Ayna.

"Honey, these are for you." Amitha held out several paper bags to Ayna.

"Thank you, Mom," Ayna said.

**

"Are you crazy?" Raffan asked Ayna in a stern voice.

Ayna glared at Raffan. She had gotten herself into serious trouble because of him, but he hadn't apologized at all.

"Am I crazy? Sir, you're the crazy one!" Ayna fumed.

"Why didn't you come home last night? Why were you stuck in the elevator?" Raffan asked.

"It's because of you. It's because of your girlfriend that I got stuck in the elevator! Sir, from now on, you can date Syela, but don't involve me in your relationship, and don't involve me in your relationship. I've had enough!" Ayna snapped.

Ayna was furious, she couldn't fathom a man like Raffan, when she just wanted him to apologize as atonement.

But unfortunately, Ayna received a huge insult from Raffan.

"Have you forgotten, Ayna? We're just a contract marriage. I bought you because I owe you a lot of money. Do you think I'd want to marry a cheap woman like you? If it weren't for your debt, I wouldn't have married a woman like you!" Raffan growled.

"Really? Just divorce me now, I'll pay your debt now!" Ayna replied.

"Can you afford it? Hahaha, all your money is mine! Imagine if I doubled your debt, would you still be able to pay?" Raffan asked, condescendingly.

Ayna remained silent, realizing that the money she had was Raffan's. She probably regretted expecting him to treat her like a human being.

"You dare yell at me? A materialistic woman like you deserves to be at my feet!" Raffan pointed at his feet.

Brugh!

Raffan threw Ayna onto the bed. "What do you want?" Ayna asked, terrified.
