He had just got the biggest shock of his life what did his mom mean by saying he was getting married in a week?

A marriage alliance between two families? How is that any of his business? He is just a 23-year-old who just finished his College education.

What is all of this talk about marriage and whatnot? He is not interested any of this s***, he just wants to find a good job.

Mind you this has been a marriage Alliance that's been going on for years now maybe decades.

Just become some old geezers promised marriage doesn't mean he is going to take the blame for it, he thought the marriage had been canceled now what is it about the marriage still going on .....

Okay he understands it's the Salvatore family, anybody would want to get married to the family, but he is not interested and plus he heard that the first and only male Alpha son of the family whom he's supposed to be getting married to is a bloodthirsty man and there is no way in hell is going to sacrifice himself to that man.

"Baby I know it's all so sudden, but this marriage alliance has been going on for years without us actually taking action on it, and now the heads of the family have finally decided to go through with it, so you have no choice but to do it, I know this is unfair but then again you've always known this from the start-you and Drake have been engaged since you were babies "

"No-no I don't know anything "Tony said and continued

"This marriage has been canceled since I was 5-year-old why am I just hearing about this now?? You don't understand anything, I think you all are just selfish, you keep on making decisions for me without actually considering my feelings, I don't want to get married to an alpha I barely know "

"But Tony it can't be that ba-"

"Oh it is in fact very, very bad, we both know how that family is, If I get married to this family I won't even have a chance to make decisions any more they'll make all the decisions for me and I won't even be able to work, you know that family does not appreciate Omegas"

"Tony that isn't true" His mom said annoyed

"You shouldn't make things up just because you don't want to get married, I didn't raise you like that"

" I'm sorry mom, but it's just I don't even know if he's good-looking, what if he looks like a monkey??? Then we'll have monkey children and our monkey children will have monkey children's, and then we'll have a generation of monkey children's, just no mommy you know I can't marry an ugly man"Tony said frowning as his mom looks at him exasperated

"I can assure you he is nowhere near ugly, in fact..." she looks at him teasingly

"What??"

"He's quite good-looking, tall, extremely capable -"

"Okay mom I get it he's fine "

"Look Tony I wouldn't pressure you into doing anything, but I just want you to think about it, and I want to assure you that if it were that easy I would have done all I could to cancel the marriage, but it's not as easy as it seems, and if we don't follow up with the wedding that would an insult to our family name and need I not tell you that it will severe the relationship between our family and the Salvatore's family ......." she took a deep breath as she continued

"So please baby hmm for my sake, I'm your mother I wouldn't lie to you" she said and Tony couldn't help but think "there she is using her mom's card again, the uh I'm your mother blah blah blah shit" "it's all lies" he tried to tell his self "she just wants to send you away, so she can spend more time with her husband "

As if on cue his dad popped his head through a small opening at the door of his room

"Urrrh how's it going Lyd" his dad asked referring to his mom

"You too dad!!, so I was the only one in this house who had no idea that I'm going to be getting married to a fucking stranger in a week, a fucking week not even two"

"Tony language" his mom and dad said together

"Whatever " he said and rolled his eyes

"Do you promise me to think about it??" his mom asked timidly - which was fake by the way but he's not going to dwell on that - nope! he's going to ignore it.

"Yeah I guess, it's not like I have much of a choice" he replied grumpily

"Yay I love you the most" his mom said and smiled happily -at least it didn't look faked - but you never can tell she might be smiling at his misery

Not long after his parents left his room probably because they were afraid he would change his mind and he was left to ponder over their discussion

This might seem simple, but he knew that this wedding would change his life forever. The Salvatore family wasn't as simple as ordinary people thought it was, and he was getting married to the heir of the family.

He sighed as he prepared to sleep - if he is lucky he might wake up and find out that it was all a dream and if it isn't

He shivered "he'll think about all of this when he wakes up"

For now sleep comes first....~
