first it used to be like that with me even though I used to go to bed early I used to sleep around this time after that i tried waking up early like around 6 am I morning with alaram first few days i didn't get used to it. after trying o started to fall asleep early like around 10:45 like that(like I stopped using phone at 10:30). now I don't need alaram i usually wake up at 6:20am Or 7 am

avoid Sleep during daytime for two to three days and your sleep schedule will be okay i guess and also stay away from screen for atleast half hour before going to bed This helps me a lot when my Sleep cycle is disturbed and also giving alot of updates also work in this case 🙈 so u should give atleast 2 to 4 updates 🥺🙈🥺

Do u sleep in the afternoon smthng? Cause if you do, even that can mess your night's sleep. Try not to do that. And, are eating properly? Hm? (cause disturbance in sleep causes disturbances throughout the body. I just care too much 😅.)
