Chapter-1 The girl who came to my place

***Tristan Blackwood***

Punch... Punch ... Punch...

"Enough Tristan! How much are you going to vent your anger on that punching bag? It's already the tenth one you have bought." grandpa said. His name is William Star. Well, our surnames are different because he is from my maternal side.

Punch... Punch ... Punch...

"Then tell your son-in-law to stay away from me. " I retorted. I hate my father and everything that has something to do with him.

Punch... Punch ... Punch...

"Tristan! You know that you are hurting yourself." my grandpa said. I stopped punching.

"Enough grandpa.. I don't want to talk about him again." I said and picked my phone and went to my room.

I am the CEO of Star enterprise as well as Blackwood enterprise. The company merged when my parents got married and they named it as BlackStar Enterprise which was taken care of by mom. My grandpa's son-in-law had no interest in it as he wanted to be a cop. My mother died when I was twelve.

I sighed as I came out of my washroom. I got ready and went downstairs. I ate with my grandpa with complete silence. Our mansion was huge but our place was so silent that even if someone dropped a pin from one corner of the room, we could hear it from anywhere.

"I don't know when this place will be filled with noise again." my grandpa sighed. I know what he meant by that. He wants me to get married and have a family but I'm not at all interested.

"I am leaving." I got up and heard another sigh. I rolled my eyes and went from there.

When I was on the road, I could see the car following. He is at this again. Why can't he just leave me alone. I grabbed the steering wheel tightly and moved towards the only place where I feel peace. The place has a great scenary. I found this place when I was seventeen. I came here after the fight with my da... my grandpa's son-in-law. This place was far away from the city and on top of the mountain. I can see the whole city from the top. I haven't seen anyone in this place for the past nine years. I heard a rustling sound and frowned. I looked at the direction of sound.

Don't tell me now the guys who are following me dared to come here as well. I can only see the plants so I waited for the intruder to come in. Today I'm going to give them a piece of mind or I'm not afraid to beat the crap out of them even though they are a cop.

I heard the voice coming near and suddenly a girl came out and as she was out of plants, she laid down. A girl! What is she doing here? ...and that too alone?

"Yeah! Yeah! I did it! I did it!" I think she wanted to make it like an excitement voice but it only came as a whisper as she was panting heavily. I stood up from my place and I stepped on a dry leaf. She sensed someone was there apart from her and looked up. Her eyes met mine. She frowned and asked,"Who are you?"

I looked at her with arms crossed. "I should be the one asking this. Who are you?"

She stood up and looked at me from head to toe. She gave a fake smile and said, "Hi". I raised my one eyebrow and looked at her for an explanation. "Well... Sorry... I just wanted to reach here at least once. I'm sorry. Please don't arrest me. "

Is she crazy? A girl coming here and that too alone. Its not safe! "What?! Arrest?"

"Yeah! Aren't you the Forest Department officer?" she asked. I hate cops.

"No! I'm not! Don't come here again!" I said and started to go away. I turned around and looked at her " Never! Ever! ". She was about to say something but I just went from there.

I sat in my car and went towards BlackStar Enterprise. I saw the car again following me. It's really frustrating to see that every single day. I reached the office and I found silence there as well when I walked through the corridor towards the lift.

"Good Morning Mr. Tristan, Today you have a meeting with M Enterprise at 1p.m. Everything is ready and the required documents are already on your table." Sam, my secretary said. as we walked towards my office. He is a very good guy and does his work perfectly. He knows that I can't tolerate clumsiness when it comes to work. I nodded my head towards him to continue. He hesitated a little but continued, "Mr. Steve Blackwood wants to talk with you."

"Now he is contacting you to talk to me." I said and when I reached my office, I sat on my chair and looked at him. "How did he get your number? Oh! I forgot he is a cop." He just remained silent. "Block his number. If he calls anyone then tell them to do the same."

"Y-Yes sir"

"Anything else" I asked him as I went through the documents.

"You have a blind date with Ms. Samaira at 8p.m. at Delight Restaurant."

"WHAT?!" I looked at him.

"Mr. William Star arranged it." he said. I don't know when my grandpa is going to stop.

"GET OUT!"

"Also-"

"NOW WHAT?!" I asked annoyingly.

"He asked me to pass you a message. He said that if you don't go to meet her like other dates, he will tell her to come to your office."

How dare he?

"GET OUT! " I yelled and this time he went out. When I meant he is perfect in his work, it was too perfect. He delivers everything that is being told otherwise it's like he can't live.

I sighed as it was going to be a long day.

It's been two days since that day. That girl was really annoying. She was crying for silly things. I just told her that I came there just because of my grandpa otherwise she would never expect me to come here. That's it and she began to cry saying she was so unwanted there. It was good too as she just stayed for ten minutes mostly and ran away wiping her tears. These girls are really annoying.

I reached my favourite place and started to walk after parking my car. When I reached the spot, I heard some sound. I can see smoke coming from my usual spot. I swiped the plants in front of me hurriedly to take a better view. What I saw was unbelievable. I know my eyes must be red. The place which I loved was filled with smoke... I closed my eyes in frustration and yelled.

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?!"

The girl in front of me flinched. She looked at me angrily and shouted,"WHY ARE YOU YELLING? CAN'T YOU KEEP YOUR VOICE DOWN?!"

I took in the area. At first, there was greenery, calm and peace. Now, there are clothes hanging on one of the trees. There was a mirror hanging on another tree. Just above the mirror, there was a chart with 'SWEET HOME' mentioned in it. The girl was sitting down and was boiling something in the pot. The heavy smoke was coming from it. After seeing all this, I came to a realization. Don't tell me-

"ARE YOU STAYING HERE NOW?!" I yelled.

"I SAID DON'T SHOUT!" the girl yelled again. She looked at the surroundings and then again looked at me. "It's not your place anyway. You were not even here for two days. You can come here anytime since you found this place first. I won't mind."

Is she kidding me? She has been here for the past two days?! I was again going to shout but I calmed myself. "Do you know how dangerous this place can be?!"

She looked at me. "Not much more dangerous than the place there." she said pointing to the city side.

"Why are you staying here?!" I asked calmly again.

She looked at me, frustrated. “I’m filming a series on how to survive in the forest,” she mocked, glaring at me. I folded my arms across my chest and continued staring at her. "My boyfriend cheated on me." she became sad. "I was staying with him in a 2BHK apartment. I have no other place to go."

"Are you crazy?! Then go back to your parents."

"I don't have one."

I felt a pang in my heart. "Relatives?!"

"None" she said looking down. "I am searching for a job."

Suddenly the pot blasted and everything splattered. What the hell?

"You're not hurt, right? And seriously—what did you even put in there? A bomb seasoning?"

She kept looking at the broken pot and I could see the pieces of vegetables splattered around it.

"What's wrong with that pot?! I didn't expect it to blast like that!" she said pointing to the broken pot. I stifled my laughter. It was a serious thing but I find that really funny which didn't go unnoticed by Ms. Messy.

"Are you here to laugh at people's misery? Don't you have any other work Mr.?" she asked putting both her arms on her waist.

"Fine! Come with me!"
