INTRODUCTION:

The air was filled with the thick smell of blood. An invisible tension in the air.

The winds howling wailing as if sensing the departure of someone very important. The thunder of war drums was the only sound that could drown out the whisper that slipped through the ranks. Slowly falling to his knees as the realization that he had been betrayed coursed through him ,Laurent clenched his fist in anger.

Coughing out some blood again due to the poison he had ingested unknowingly, his eyes blurred, looking at his loyal subordinates rushing towards while still trying to defend the lines, he felt deep regret for not realizing it sooner.

His consciousness slowly sank into darkness, leaving behind the distant clang of armor and the echo of a dying war cry.

Strong will as he was, he finally closed his eyes as he fell into eternal slumber.

After a long period of time, which he even didn't know, Laurent's eyes opened, a fraction at a time, blinking repeatedly due to unclear vision, he slowly got up from what seemed like rubbles from an exploded building, removing a strange, weird object from his face which looked like two round broken lenses, frowning as he threw the object to the floor.

"Strange" He muttered.

Slowly climbing up from the rubbles, he finally got out.

He stared at the strange looking environment, looking at the lined up weird moving objects and barricades set up around.

"Where am I?"
