Little Bit Crazy, Little Bit Myself
I am an orphan and since I can remember I didn't feel any pain. I fell down from a tree I didn't cry, I cut my finger I didn't feel anything. And not only that I didn't feel any emotional pain either, I didn't get sad, jealous, hurt, I was always happy, I did get angry tho, and I got angry a lot. Through the years because of my condition I became fearless, I always tried new stuff even fighting and playing instruments. In my mind I was never good enough, I did more and more new stuff mastering them but i never felt like I am the best in any of them.
My days were the same, I went to school in the morning, then went to my part-time job after school, and in the evening I returned to the orphanage and studied late into the night.
I always dreamed about becoming someone that can be useful. I just wanted to be helpful to someone.
One evening I was walking to the orphanage after I finished my part time job, I decided to walk through the park since I didn't visit it for a long time. I walked around, lost in thought, when suddenly something pushed me from behind onto the ground and in that moment a tree branch fell down right where I was standing. I turned around and saw a large dog beside me, I had never seen such a big dog before.
"Hey big one, you sawed me, thank you" I reached out and patted its head, he leaned into my touch and i smiled happily. "What a good boy you are, yes you are..."
I looked around, it seemed his owner wasn't around, i looked at his collar, it had a name and phone number on it. I pulled out my phone and called the number, there was no answer. I hung up and decided I was going to take him to the orphanage first and call again later.
The dog's name was Sky and he was very obedient, he followed me to the orphanage without resisting.
When we reached the orphanage i led him to the back door that was directly to my room, I let him in since he was very clean.
"Sky stay here I will just take a quick shower" I disappeared into the bathroom. When I emerged he was still in the same spot. I sat down on my bed and patted the place beside me "come here Sky" I watched as he jumped onto the bed beside me, he was really large. I reached for my phone and called the number again. There was still no response. I called two more times before there was finally a response.
There was silence before a deep man's voice come from the other end, it sounded frustrated. "Who are you and why are you calling me nonstop?"
I was stunned then I spoke with the same sharp tune "Ou then you arent the owner of a dog named Sky? Sorry for disturbing your precious time sir."
I hanged up.
Right after my phone rang again. I answered, this time his voice was a little softer and almost relived. "I started that wrong. I am Christopher, and yes the dog named Sky is mine, he ran away"
"I am happy we can talk normally now. My name is Liana."
"Nice to meet you Liana, I hope Sky is behaving, usually he is very aggressive."
"He is just fine, so when are you picking him up?"
"About that... Can he stay with you for a week or two? I am out of the country and if he is really not aggressive with you, it would be best if he stays with you"
"Sure, I don't have a problem with that. Then contact me again when you return to the country." I hung up.
"Sky you will sleep here tonight" i saw Sky's tail swishing and I smiled, I let him sleep in my bed beside me that night.
I took care of Sky for two weeks, I even took a time off from my part-time job so that in the afternoon I was with him. We grew closer together, he was so sweet and obedient. And so big I liked patting him.
I was playing with Sky in my room when there was a sudden knock on my door.
