EPISODE 5 — “THE DARK FRACTURE”

OPENING — SILENCE BEFORE COLLAPSE

Night. A quiet hospital room. Nathan lies unconscious after the catastrophic energy overload from Episode 4. His heartbeat is faint, his skin flickering with unstable shadow-light. Doctors panic as machines glitch around him.

Then—

THUMP.

A pulse of darkness bursts from his chest, making the lights blow out. Everything goes black.

A whisper vibrates through the shadows:

“He is coming back…”

SCENE 1 — THE SHATTERED AURORA

Nathan wakes up inside a strange black void. No sky. No ground. Just a thin ribbon of violet light stretching endlessly. His shadow separates from him and faces him like a living double.

Shadow-Nathan:

“You are not dying. You are splitting.”

Nathan tries to speak but his voice fractures. The void trembles.

Shadow-Nathan:

“The anomaly in Episode 4 didn’t just crack your powers… it cracked your existence.”

A deep rumble shakes everything. Cracks of white lightning zigzag through the void.

Shadow-Nathan:

“You must stabilize your fractal core before your universe collapses.”

SCENE 2 — EARTH-17 IS BREAKING

Back on Earth AEUD-17, portals begin forming across the city—thin, shimmering cuts ripping open like tears in air. People run as gravity bends sideways and buildings distort.

News broadcasts panic:

“Reality disturbances across the world… unknown energy readings identical to Eclipser…”

The government activates Project Black Prism, a secret task force monitoring Nathan since his revival.

Their leader says:

“If he loses control again, we end him.”

SCENE 3 — THE VOID TRIALS

Inside the fractal void, Nathan must complete three stabilization trials, each one tied to his past:

Trial 1 — The Grave of His Former Self

He sees his own corpse from before revival (2010 version), lying in a crater.

His shadow whispers:

“Accept your death, or you cannot control your second life.”

Nathan touches the cold corpse. It dissolves into shadow and fuses into him. His aura stabilizes.

Trial 2 — The Mirror of Choices

Reflections show every violent moment he ever used his powers without understanding. Every mistake. Every loss.

He cannot look away.

He whispers: “I’ll carry it.”

The mirror shatters and becomes energy inside him.

Trial 3 — The Path of Infinity

He walks an endless hallway of countless versions of himself across AEUD universes. Some heroes. Some monsters.

They all turn toward him.

All the Eclipsers at once:

“Choose who you will become.”

Nathan steps forward. Light erupts.

SCENE 4 — RETURN OF THE ECLIPSER

Nathan awakens in the hospital, eyes glowing with a stable eclipse-aura—darkness and blue radiance swirling in harmony.

But before he can stand—

The world splits.

A massive dimensional tear forms over the city, stretching from ground to sky.

The public screams. Project Black Prism readies weapons.

Nathan steps outside, trembling as the air vibrates around him.

Nathan:

“This isn’t me…”

(pauses, sensing something beyond the tear)

“…this is something coming for me.”

The tear expands into a massive black ring, humming like a heartbeat.

A single ancient symbol glows for a moment—

Ω

—then vanishes before anyone can understand it.

Nathan sees it…

…but the audience gets only a faint, unreadable flash.

SCENE 5 — CLIFFHANGER ENDING

Nathan rises into the sky, eyes burning with determination.

Nathan:

“If something ripped this open… then I need to be ready for it.”

The tear pulses violently.

BOOOOM.

A shockwave blasts outward, knocking buildings over and shaking the whole planet.

The episode ends with Nathan floating before the giant fracture in reality, shadow and light swirling around him like a storm.

CUT TO BLACK.
