A small beam of light entered through the ceiling of her room as sun rises by the mountains.The light by softly touching her face calls her out to freshen up.

Aaradhya gupta along with her mother and sister was sleeping on a small bed near her father's and brother' s room. Mother,Pooja gupta,housewife;Father,Vaishnav Gupta,works as a small company employee with per monthly salary of 2000;Brother,Kartik Gupta,left studying at 10 to maintain household expenses;Sister,Divya gupta,younger sister of Kartik and Aradhya, studying in class 2 and finally our Fl,Aradhya Gupta,studying in class 6.

As Vaishnav and Kartik need to go out for work everyday,their mother,Aradhya and Divya woke up early in the morning to do the house chores.

15th may 1999, Aaradhya woke up early in the morning as usual.As she wakes up to freshen herself,she found her mother cooking food.She get's closer to her mother and sat down there in the chair.She was examining every move of her mother carefully.

Her mother looks at her and smiled,"Dear aradhya beta,why are u looking with such a face to me??Have you seen your lover's face in my eyes?"

Aradhya,"Oh maa!!Why are u like this!"*starts pouting her face*

Maa,"Now no need to cry in such a small thing.I was just joking beta.Go and wake up your sister then help me a lil bit with cleaning."

Aradhya,"Okiee maa!!"

She goes near her sister and calls her out.

Aradhya,"Hey dumbo!!Wake up we need to clean the house."*pinch her sister cheeks*

Divya,"Ahhumm..Didi don't do that to my oranges plss..I need to sleep a bit to get some glowing cheeks like yours."*hugs her pillow tight*

Aradhya,"Eh, glowing cheeks!? Gurl just wake up!!"*Pulls her blanket in one go*

Divya,"Ahh fineeee!!!"

After waking up her sister they both went to bathroom together to brush.Her sister who always finds excuses to run instead of doing work tells her that..

Divya,"Dii! I'm having fever today what about u do all the chores."*starts acting as if she is having fever*

Aradhya,"Have me take a look then to your forehead."

Divya,"Nahh! I'm fine sister i was just joking"*starts laughing but deep down crying*

Aradhya,"Since you have no mood to work today then let's split today's work. I'll do the cleaning of rooms and you'll clean the varanda.Ok?"

Divya,"But ahh fine!!"

After doing their works they both went to bath near the ponds.Her mother see's off their father and brother to work and then arranges meal for them as they have school.

Maa,"How many hours do you two need bath more??Look at the time girls it's already 7:30!When you'll two eat and then go to school ha?"

As their mother was scolding they both ate their breakfast quickly and hurriedly left for school.Divya's school was near her house whereas Aaradhya's school was 2 km away from house.As she paddles her cycle quickly she meets her friend Ishita sen walking to school.
