Episode 5: The Secret Fart of Y/N
Y/N was feeling bold. If Alex was treating her like a high-tech experiment, she was going to push the parameters of his "devotion" to the absolute limit. She spent the afternoon eating a double-helping of extra-spicy bean burritos and a side of broccoli—all while wearing a gorgeous, $50,000 silk gown Alex had sent over.
That evening, they were attending the "Grand Innovation Gala" at the QuirkyCorp Museum. The room was filled with the city’s elite, including Alex’s top rival, a sophisticated tech mogul named Elena.
The Incident
As Alex was introducing Y/N to a group of investors, bragging about her "delicate, ethereal nature," it happened. Y/N felt a rumbling in her stomach that could rival a tectonic shift.
She let out a long, silent, but absolutely deadly puff of air.
Within seconds, the air around them transformed. It wasn't just a smell; it was a physical presence. It smelled like a dumpster fire in a cabbage patch. The investors began to cough, their eyes watering as they pulled their silk handkerchiefs to their noses.
"Oh my goodness," Elena, the rival mogul, choked out, waving her hand in front of her face. "What is that... stench? It’s like something died in the ventilation system!"
Y/N immediately did her best "fragile flower" act. She clutched her throat, her eyes widening. "Oh no! Elena, how could you? That’s so... pungent! I’m just a tiny girl with sensitive nostrils, I think I might faint! Why would you bring such a smell into this beautiful room?"
The CEO’s Defense
Alex didn't even flinch. His tie flickered a protective, blinding white. He stepped forward, putting himself directly between Y/N and the "smell zone," even though he was standing right in the center of it.
"Elena," Alex said, his voice dripping with disgust. "I knew you were desperate to sabotage my gala, but biological warfare? That’s low, even for you."
"Are you insane, Alex?" Elena gasped, her face turning green from the fumes. "It’s coming from her! She’s literally standing in a cloud of it!"
Alex turned to Y/N, who was busy pretending to daintily cough into her hand. He looked at her with pure, unadulterated adoration. "My Y/N is a creature of light and flowers. She probably doesn't even have a digestive system like us mortals. She’s far too refined for... flatulence."
"Alex, it's literally stinging my eyes!" one of the investors cried out.
"Then leave!" Alex shouted, his tie flashing a dangerous, strobe-light red. "How dare you blame this innocent, sweet girl for your own internal failures? Elena, your presence is clearly so toxic that you are physically manifesting an odor. Get out before I have security escort you to a decontamination chamber!"
The Spoiling Continues
As Elena and the investors fled the area, gagging, Alex turned to Y/N. He took both of her hands in his, ignoring the fact that the air was still thick enough to paint.
"Are you okay, my angel?" he whispered, his eyes searching hers. "I’m so sorry you had to witness such a disgusting display of human behavior from Elena. You must be traumatized by the scent of her jealousy."
"It was so scary, Alex," Y/N whimpered, leaning her head on his shoulder (and letting out one more tiny, squeaky puff for good measure). "I’m just a simple girl who likes the smell of lavender. I don't know how people can be so gross."
"I'll have the entire museum bleached," Alex promised, kissing the top of her head. "And to make it up to you, I've just bought you that private island in the Caribbean. The air there is almost as pure as you are."
Y/N smirked into his blazer. She had just cleared a room with a fart, and instead of being embarrassed, she was now the owner of an island.
If I’m a prototype, Y/N thought, I’m definitely the most expensive one he’s ever built.
Would you like me to write Episode 6, where Y/N finds the "Clone Room" and realizes Alex is trying to build a version of her that doesn't eat burritos?
