Fragments of Creation

Fragments of Creation

Chapter One: The Birth of the Threads

In the beginning,

there was no name,

no time that could be measured,

no meaning for what could be perceived or ignored.

All things were still…

until the Entity pressed what had no form between its hands.

It was not energy as it would later be defined,

but pure potential—

a compressed possibility waiting to be allowed to exist.

From that pressure,

a seed was born:

a complete universe,

a home for every being that would one day breathe,

move,

and ask how all of this began.

When the energy finally took its spherical shape,

the Entity’s role came to an end.

It departed without a trace,

as though it had never been,

leaving the compressed force behind

to transform—slowly,

and without conscious intent.

As it expanded,

a universe emerged,

one that would later be known as

the World of White Threads.

This world was not emptiness,

but an endless weave of delicate strands,

moving, intertwining, and separating,

carrying within them the seeds of all things:

matter,

time,

and life.

Ages passed—

millions of years witnessed by no one—

until the threads began to draw toward one another,

as if recognizing themselves for the first time.

From their union,

the first life was born.

There,

at the heart of the World of White Threads,

the void took a name: Asura.

Asura was not a single being,

nor merely a place,

but a state of existence.

A living fabric where beings formed

as thoughts do—

simple at first,

then increasingly complex

with every passing cycle of time.

Creation did not cease.

New entities emerged:

some driven only by instinct,

others carrying the spark of awareness,

and a rare few

who began to perceive the threads themselves.

Across millions of years,

the weave continued to evolve.

Civilizations rose in distant realms,

cultures were forged and forgotten,

and cosmic mistakes were made—

lessons not all would learn from.

On a small planet called Earth,

humanity was still in its infancy,

primitive beings gazing at the sky,

unaware that the same threads

that wove the stars above

had also woven their own existence.

Meanwhile, in other worlds,

consciousness had advanced far beyond them,

and some beings

were preparing for a stage

the universe itself

was not yet ready to face.

As eons passed, the universe slowly shifted.

From the raw fabric of existence, life began to take form—not merely as scattered energy or ephemeral sparks, but as beings gradually awakening to self-awareness.

Where once there had been only the silent weave, consciousness now stirred, questioning its own origin and purpose.

From these first conscious beings, the foundation of all life was laid. Patterns emerged, diverse and intricate, each species unique in its essence, yet bound subtly to the primordial forces that birthed them.

Across billions of years, civilizations began to rise.

In the luminous expanse of Luminara, the World of White Threads, advanced societies flourished. Their cities shimmered with energy drawn from the very fabric of the cosmos,

and knowledge spread like light across the threads of their reality.

Here, art and science intertwined seamlessly, philosophy and exploration became one, and the beings of Luminara started to shape the universe in ways the Creator had never directly commanded.

Though the Creator rarely intervened, its unseen influence resonated throughout Luminara—

a reminder that even in worlds of self-determination, the origin of all existence remained a distant, silent presence.

As time unfolded, the threads of existence wove ever more complex patterns.

From these patterns, beings of unimaginable power emerged—entities whose mere presence could bend the very fabric of spacetime, whose names inspired awe and terror across the cosmos.

Among them stood the first: Asura, the primal being, the seed of consciousness itself.

Where Asura moved, the threads of reality trembled, and even the faintest echo of its will could shape entire worlds.

Then came VOX, a creature of darkness and malice, whose reputation spread across all realms.

Every being that ever glimpsed or even sensed VOX knew instinctively the depth of fear it commanded. VOX was not just powerful—it was an embodiment of terror, a force that no entity dared confront lightly.

Arsenis, the enigmatic, remained a shadow even among these legends.

Few had ever encountered it; only Asura and VOX had glimpsed the depths of its being.

Silent and withdrawn, Arsenis spoke little, revealed less, and existed outside the eyes of the multitudes—a riddle in flesh and essence.

And yet, they were not alone.

Countless other mighty entities rose from the weave, each holding sway over fragments of the universe, each bound to the delicate balance of creation.

Some nurtured worlds, others governed the forces of life and death, while a few simply existed as immutable anchors of cosmic order, their motives inscrutable and their power absolute.

Together—or sometimes in isolation—these beings shaped the destiny of all that was, is, and might be, their presence a constant reminder that the universe was far older, deeper, and stranger than any mortal mind could comprehend.

buddy. great world building. This isn't chapter 1 pal. This is what you call 'A prologue'. We get chapter one when we get the main character. I do really like it tho. It sets up the intrigue quiet well. And not to mention, I am curious to see what happens in chapter 1.

Also can you read Zendra? My work. Pls.
