I see you. I’ve been there..... bad mood to the point I wasn’t even thinking. I mixed cow milk into egg forgetting I’m allergic to it (I don’t even know if we can add cow milk to omelette) and spent 2 days in hospital because of it. It’s okay to not be okay. Take care of yourself.💛
