That happened to me as well when my grandmother passed away. But after a few days when I cried I felt relief.. Don't force yourself, just give it some time. And it's a good idea to share it,so you will feel lighter.. you know you should let it all out...cry..sometimes it's important to let your emotion out...if not with anyone ..just go sit somewhere alone for sometime...and let it all out..i think you need it..more than any comforting words which I know won't be helpful...
