Reunion

" Isha bring Aarti Plate, my Dev is back" Anshika said with so much happiness and tears in her eyes. Soon the whole Shekhawat family gathered. Anshika did Arti and removed Nazar of Devansh. He bend down to take his mother's blessing. " You took so long to come back, Dev" Anshika said being emotional and having tears in her eyes. " Don't cry Maa, now I am back, right" Devansh said wiping tears from her face. Then he took the blessing of his father, uncle and aunt and went inside. He looked at the mansion as if remembering everything, every event that happened 11 years back. The mansion was not changed at all in his absence but he felt as if he has changed the mansion with his absence. And it was true. The cheerful mansion that was 11 years back, it was not like that now. Still the youngers make it lively somehow but not like before that was 11 years back, the time before when he left the mansion.

Devansh sat on sofa. Near him Ruhi came and sat beside him and hugged him. " Bhai, I missed you so much. You know, I thought you forgot us , but when papa told that you are coming back, then I was so so so much happy" Ruhi said. " How can I forget you all. You are all my little minions" Devansh said breaking the hug and looking at her. Then he looked at everyone and opened his arms wide to hug all of them. "Bhai, you are not going to leave us again, right." Kavya said. "No, I am not going back for now" Devansh said." What do you mean for now, Bhai" Ruhan asked. "That you will know later but for now I am not leaving anyone, so don't worry " Devansh said. "Hey little minions, go and get the dining table ready, your brother is hungry, till then he will go and freshen up." Shakti said " Aye aye Captain" Ruhi, Ruhan and Kavya said saluting and went to their assigned work. Elders present there laughed at their drama. "Come to my study, Dev." Shakti said and went towards his study room. Anshika held Devansh's hand and sat beside him." Beta, Did.. did you joined.. are you walking on your grandfather's path" Anshika asked having fear in her eyes. "Maa, don't worry, I have chosen this path myself but it's all for you people's safety. I don't want that 11 years back accident to repeat " Devansh said looking at his mother. "But beta..." Anshika was saying when Devansh interrupted "Don't worry Maa, I promise I won't let anything happen to anyone and your this son will always be safe for you" Devansh said hugging his maa.

After some time in Shakti's study room....

Shakti was sitting going through some files when Devansh knocked the study room. Shakti told him to come inside and asked him to sit in front sofa....
