ok ! let's hold on for a second ok ? How is ... wanting to do something... make your own name .... to do something that gives meaning to your life and to do something that YOU want and to fight for that no matter who it is even if it's your family..... how is that .... unfilial ? like can we please sit down and have a calm conversation about this ? the society has grown up , generations after generations passed but no matter how the world advanced some believes remained intact . i really want to ask those respectful elders of the society.... how is wanting to do something you want with YOUR life unfilial ? how is it a sign of Disrespect to your parents ? Yes ... you have given birth to them ... that's true and for that definitely each person should be greatful to their parents but how is being filial means doing whatever they want to make you do ? at the end of the day it's still our own life man .... if someday you die and there is no one they have to be filial to .... do you know what will happen ? They will LOSE the very meaning of their life cause what gave their life meaning was not their own dreams but making you elders happy .
