"welcome home" I said it out of habit and seeing how surprised grey looked i thought it was okay.

He smiled and nodded as walking straight to the kitchen with a cleaned meat it was a little bigger than the lamb we ate in the cottage so I don't know its name.

since i didn't know what that meat was I didn't dare cook it but stood by the side and saw how he cleaned it up so that, I can do the cleaning and cooking next time.

the grey guy was fast with his action because within a few minutes he cut all those meats into even pieces and threw them in the boiling pot of water.

"that's all?" i asked him in doubt.

"yes" he answered me back

"is this the same as the lamb" I asked him in doubt because I have never seen such a big animal before "do you like the lamb I will get it for you" he said and almost went out to leave but I grabbed his clothes this time since i don't want him to leave without hearing what I am trying to say. He was surprised at first by my bold move for a minute then relaxed himself as waiting to here me out finally.

"no! not that, it's just I have never seen an animal so big and the lamb we had in the noon was the biggest one yet i have ever eaten" i explained it to him.

"I see" the grey guy agreed and told me " it's name is wild goat and it's mostly the same as the lamb in meat but looks a little different than lamb in the outer" so far this is the longest he has ever talked to me.

"I only thought you didn't know about the alchemist, but didn't think you don't know about meat either" the alchemist was baffled by himself.

as we all were standing in the kitchen a tiny ball of white light emerged out of nowhere in the path way and the small light ball grew bigger and bigger as seconds passed then at some point there came black thunder like streaks from the ball and as soon as seeing the black streak both grey and alchemist stood before me protectively.

Are we in danger i thought but in an instant the small circle elongated as a big disc and the double guy got out of the disc saying "hey wifey" while carrying bags of vegetables and few even scattered around the path way and sone even went inside the room.

"you..you....yo... How... How " i couldn't put any words at him at all it was so flashy and different from the alchemist guy.

"what happened?" the double guy asked me back in confusion.

"how did you do that? What is that? how did you come out of thin air" I bombarded him with questions both in curiosity and surprise.

"this" he asked as snapping his finger to create a little ball of light once again and it also had few strips of black lightning.

"yes" I asked him back.

"it's just a gate" he replied as walking past us to place the entire vegetable bag on the kitchen floor

"oh so are you an alchemist too?" I asked him in curiosity but he just shook off his head saying "no I am a gatekeeper, I can't convert the tools. I can only travel from one place to another"

"hmmm...... it must be awesome to visit different places at the same time" i answered back as I bent down to pick up the cabbage from the ground.

for a moment he stopped at his work and looked at me then continued picking up the vegetables in a full smile, he looked so cute when he smiled and it was a contagious one too because I also smiled a little after seeing him.

"I hate to say it but I don't know what to do with the vegetables" the keeper informed me in advance.

"why don't we just boil them like the goat" grey suggested.

"I bet you don't know how to cook right" alchemist pointed towards grey.

"what is there to cook just boil and eat them that's all" grey casually shrugged and leaned on the kitchen wall.

"that's it? Are you for real? even I know how to cook meat it's just i don't know about the vegetables why don't we cook it like meat itself?" alchemist suggested.

"you can't cook meat and vegetable as the same, meat takes more boiling time but vegetables only take a few minutes" i replied to their doubt and used the other stove to stir fry some mixed vegetable after all we had meat in the noon so taking vegetables for dinner isn't bad and it helps to sleep.

"you know how to cook vegetables?" all three of them were shocked.

"why is it some sort of crime?" i sarcastically asked them indeed right now I am not at all afraid of them anymore like the first time.

"no, aren't all females sort of precious to do any work?" this time the keeper asked me in confusion.

"really? I know they were sort of precious but I didn't know they wouldn't do any cooking. I used to cook and clean a lot in my aunt's house" i answered back thinking everything i did.

"no wonder you agreed to marry us, you don't even know who we are right" this time the grey guy is spot on to the problem.

"huh? What do you mean? Am i supposed to know you isn't it natural for all females to see their husband at their wedding?" I asked him back and as if I struck a lightning at their heads they all went stiff in an instant.

"what's wrong" I asked in common but none of the replied immediately. Those three looked at each other and finally the grey guy introduced himself "My name is Grey and I do hunting" then the gatekeeper said "I am Astra, I also sometimes hunt but mostly collect anything that seems to be magical" so their name is Grey and Astra but not the keeper.
