CHAPTER 4(first meet)

After reaching their destination, they booked a cab and drove to the villa they had purchased. As they entered, all the servants gathered to welcome them. Both Hua Yong and Wenlang thanked them for the welcome and rushed to their room, with a maid showing them the way. Hua Yong went out to the balcony and roamed around, his eyes feasting on the beautiful view of the garden.

"It's so beautiful," Hua Yong said, his eyes wandering across the vibrant flowers and lush greenery.

"Indeed, it's more beautiful than back at home," Wenlang said in agreement.

"I never considered that place home after dad was forced to leave without me," Hua Yong said, his eyes turning cold.

"Look, there's a basketball court! Let's play," Wenlang said, trying to ease the tension.

Both of them went to the court and started playing, dodging, and stopping each other from throwing the ball into the basket. They kept playing until the sun started dipping down.

"Wenlang, Hua Yong, stop playing and get fresh," Ying Yi called out to them from inside.

Both of them rushed in, and after freshening up, they went downstairs. "We're tired from playing," both Wenlang and Hua Yong said, throwing themselves onto the couch with a sigh of exhaustion.

"Food will be ready soon, and after eating, you can rest. The day after tomorrow, your university will also start," Ying Yi told them, seeing them completely exhausted. After having dinner, both of them retreated to their room and, within no time, they were fast asleep.

Another day passed with them doing their daily routine of playing, watching, eating, and sleeping. Now it was finally the day to start their old routine.

Both were already awake, and soon they came down, all dressed. Hua Yong was wearing a black hoodie with baggy jeans, while Wenlang was dressed in a blue checked shirt and black jeans. After having dinner, both rushed to their first day of university.

Seniors were welcoming their juniors and helping them find their department according to their fields. As both Hua Yong and Wenlang reached inside, two students approached them.

"Hello, juniors," Shao You said in a flirting tone, looking at Hua Yong. "Not now, Shao You. If you keep talking like this, juniors will run away," Gao Tu warned him.

"But it's fun," Shao You replied. "So, which field do you both belong to?" Gao Tu asked in a casual tone. "Literature," Wenlang immediately answered.

"And can we ask, what's your... ah... second gender? Because here, alpha and omega have different rooms in the university hotel," Gao Tu explained. "Don't worry about that. We're not staying at the university hotel," Hua Yong quickly explained.

"Okay, okay, enough talk. So, we're from the same department. Unfortunately, we're in our second last year, and you both are in first year, but we can meet a lot, as our department is the same," Shao You said with a playful grin, his tone light and inviting.

Both Gao Tu and Shao You guided them, showing them around their department. "So, are you both siblings?" Gao Tu asked, curiosity building up. "You can say that, but we're childhood friends, and we grew up like siblings," Wenlang explained in a gentle and low tone.

Their first meetup turned out to be the best. Hua Yong was happy to make new friends, but he didn't know that someone was already obsessed with him at first glance.
