Why...?

why am I dying?

This can't be happening. I can feel my strength slowly leaving my body, like sand slipping through my fingers. My vision is fading and the world around me is becoming darker with every Breath I take.

But that is impossible.

I can't die.

I am immortal.

For thousands of years, I rule with power that no one else possessed. I controlled the power of the Moon, the very force that gives life and destroys it. No sword could harm me, no poison could weaken me, and no enemy could defeat me.
