...DRAGON POV...

After Carol and Mathew reported to me about Mike stealing the Mendelian I got really furious to a point of breaking the glass I was holding in my hand.

"How dare he betray me?" I asked looked at Carol and Mathew who kept their head

"And you let him get away with it... did you forget who I am? " Dragon said as he bang his fist on the table making them to shiver out of fear.

"I want the Mendelian within 24 hours chop chop" after saying that. Carol and Mathew got out with full speed.

I took a picture frame of my wife and son.

"Don't you worry I will do anything in my power to bring you back" I said slowly kissing the photo.

...MIKE'S POV...

Days past still living in my hide-out because at this point I was sure Dragon already sent people to look for me. He knows I don't die easily. I slowly took out the Mendelian and looked at it.

"I can't wait to see you again" I placed a soft kiss on the Mendelian before putting it back to my pocket. I started to fill hungry and the was no food left. I had to go out and get some.

As I was walking around the street. After I took a turn Mathew's eyes met with mine. And that's when I knew it was my cue to run. As I ran around the neighborhood... Mathew And his man tailing me.

...EMILY'S POV...

As I was running no sure where I was running to. But I had to, so I can escape this guys. They didn't give up they chased me. As I was running I hit something hard that made me stop. As I slowly looked up I saw the most handsome face to a point I forgot I was being chased. He looked at me coldly and just shoved me aside, she started running that's when I noticed group of people chasing him.

"I guess we have the same problems" I also started to run as I noticed a group of those ugly discussing guys still chasing me. I got in a store of clothes and to hide. I walked into a fitting room.

As I was catching my breath I heard a slow breath behind me. So close I could feel its warmth. I slowly turned to look, and to my surprise it was that handsome guy I bumped to earlier. I found myself smiling, having a weird feeling in my stomach. At this point I don't know what is happening to me. It was my first time feeling like this.

He just smirked as he took steps back still looking at me with his dreamy blue ocean eyes. My mind was screaming "be mine already"

"So little girl what are you doing here" he asked in a deep warm voice. Which melted me away. I just smiled as I nodded yes.

He gently hit my forehead to bring me back to reality.

"Auch" I hold my forehead "what was that" I asked as I looked at him. And that's when I noticed a glowing thing inside his pocket.

I slowly approached him my eyes not leaving the object. He noticed at the thing I was looking at, so he took it out of his pocket.

"Interested?" he asked, and I nodded

"very much interested... what is that?" I asked looking at him in a curious way

"Is a Mendelian. You know that famous legend who created it to be able to time travel" he said looking at the Mendelian. I was amazed

"No way so the myth is true, thought my grandpa was just telling an old story" I said as I took it away from him. Looking at It closely,

"it is so beautiful" I slowly said in a soft small voice

"I know now give it back" he brought his hand to take it... as I was about to give it back it glowed two times more than before...and to our suprise... I disappeared.
