My Employer

My Employer

Intro

Today is the day I go for a job interview. I’m very nervous because it’s my first ever interview and I don’t know how it’s going to turn out.

I’m a 19 year old female, never had a job before or a love life but that’s not the point here lol. You’re probably wondering what I’ve been doing in the last 2 years ever since I finished school. WELL, I’ve been working VERY VERY hard traveling to malls lol, taking care of my sister, playing video games and attending parties. Yeah what a waste of time when you can be studying right? BUT you only get to live once so ye ^^

I have awesome friends helping me make bad decisions such as getting a tattoo on my foot, buying things I don’t necessarily need, getting a motorbike license instead of a car and partying 24/7. I lived a happy, healthy life until now.

So my parents recently divorced and they moved far away from each other like far far away. Like on the other side of the freaking country. They let their emotions took control of them and left me and my 4years old sister alone in an empty house. I sold everything in the house and the house itself in order to provide a living for my sister. I found a good place to stay for $50 a week with my sister. It’s small but it’s in good quality so that’s fine. The money I have is slowly running out so thats why I have to take responsibility and get a job!!!..

It’s really hard to get a job at my age because I’m old and have no experience what so ever. I can’t afford money for studies because of the situation I’m in so this is all I got. I’ve been applying for so many jobs and finally, one called me in to have an interview. The interviews tomorrow so I got all my stuff ready and watched a couple of clips of how to pass an interview. It looks easier than what I imagine but I know it’s not in my case. I can’t afford to not pass the interview. This job is all I got, my sister is depending on me -I can’t let her down.

The day passed by like a blink of an eye. It’s the day, the day I go to the interview and make a living. I got my shoes ready ,my clean white shirt and black iron pants which I “borrowed” from my neighbour. I’m so ready! I took a shot of left over tequila I found in my previous house. I heard that if a person drink before an interview they have a 99% chance of passing as it gives you confident. Instead of just having one shot, I had two shots. I can’t let this chance slip by.

A few minutes later I locked up the room, hoping my sister wouldn’t wake up before I get home, grabbed my helmet and jumped on my motorbike ready to roll.
