change ml if he hurt mc even if it's fake or real dating to forget mc 😤 and also make ml jealous and hurt too if you don't plan on changing ml .. I read somewhat of similar or non similar plot ( forgot if it was bl or straight stories ) but in their mc got together with ml even if ml hurt him due to this selfish reason ..so if same thing happen just change ml atleast it will be different from that plot story I read ..but it's upto you author .. although I hope I get to see different change
