Rise

*Narration*

"Growth never comes easy. Sometimes it feel like losing yourself."

Spirit felt that loss.

The trio- the ones who had been his heartbeat, his anchors through the storms of life, each of them head towards their own journey of self discovery and find their own paths in this world.

Change was terrifying, and it felt like he was losing a part of himself. But Spirit understood that change was essential- scary, yes but necessary for life.

For months, the only hope he held onto through the darkness was the belief that growth was possible. He stepped back, allowing himself to imagine a future beyond pain, beyond betrayal, beyond the man he once feared to face. Maybe the trio would collide again some how, someday.

So Spirit stepped into the real world, choosing the man in the mirror and refusing to relive the past. He hoped for good outcomes. He hoped to meet people who would lift him, to see wonder and beauty in the world. He knew there would be bad as well as good- but he was ready.

He would always carry the memories he cherished with the friend group. The laughter, the lessons, the support, and the love. They were a part of him forever, and just like caterpillars, he did not have to remain the same. Transformation was his birthright.

He held onto the best moments of his life- the love he had felt, the self acceptance he had to fought to gain, the self discovery of who he was meant to be. Now, it was time to rise.

"He has to worth that," he told himself whilst breaking down. All the hurt, all the pain, the betrayals- he survived it all. "It has to be worth it."

Spirit's heart melted with gratitude. For everyone who had believed in him when he could not. For everyone who helped him fight. For everyone who helped him change... he would carry their love as strength within him forever.

"I have been changed... for the better," he told the stars. "And because I knew you all, Zae, Javonte, Chrissy, Kaeim and Antoinette. Because of everyone who refused to let me disappear, even when I thought I deserved it. I have been changed... for good."

Trust would always remain a currency the world refused to give him. But he would not lock himself away and miss all the good waiting in life. He would keep moving forward, step by step, heart by heart.

Spirit was no longer just surviving but he was beginning to live.

And Spirit would use his story, every scar, every wound, every moment of darkness became a light for someone else. To give hope to those who were silent, those walking the path he once did, struggling in the storm. He would show them Better Days were truly ahead.

For he was the broken who found hope in hopelessness.

For he was the one they called Spirit- who could not be broken

For he was the one who chose the man in the mirror even with the voices in his head.

He was the one who survived... He was strong... He belonged.

And when they see him at the top, the story they would write on him... must be worth it.

For once upon a time,

He tried harder.

He fought an abuser.

For once upon a time.

He faced himself and spoke the truth.

He would step into his greatness before his story ended. No more limitations.

Then he had a vision:

{ Spirit has fully stepped into the world, carrying the lessons, scars, and memories of his past. He embraced growth, change, and the unknown, no longer bound by fear or the darkness he once faced. He dedicates himself to the oceans and nature, aiming to protect life, inspire others. and give hope to those who suffer in silence. }

Spirit breathed into the new dawn waiting- the Better Days Ahead, letting the warmth of the rising sun settle in him. Every scar, every shadow, every battle had brought him here.

And he would rise from the ashes back to the top. Spirit broke, faced the darkness and found the light once more.

He stepped into the world wide open, ready to explore, ready to explore, ready to discover, ready to meet good people, witness wonders, fight for the world he believed in. There would be struggles and minor set backs, yes- but he was armed with every lesson he had survived.

He would rise.

Beyond the oceans, beyond the mountains, beyond the skies.

He would rise, carrying hope in every step, love in every breath, and purpose in every heartbeat.

Spirit stood before the mirror, not the broken from the past, but the man who had survived everything. The reflection stared back and spoke "You've come so far, You're stronger than you ever imagined." "You've become someone who can soar, someone who can inspire, someone who can care for this world and its life."

Spirit responded back, "I had to, I survived. And now I'm choosing to live fully, and I'll prove Better Days are real... because I've lived through the darkness and found the light."

The Man in the Mirror answered back, "Then rise."

Better Days were not just ahead.

They were here, and he was ready to rise... to rise higher than ever before.

"I'm closer to what i'm meant to be, and if i try i know that i could get there, so i am not gonna stop because i believe, that there is so much more for me."
