Wiser than I thought

Robert Stellar showed a landmark on a map and asked the candidates to discuss it. While most of the candidates said it would be high risk to implement a project in a remote area, Emily Rose had a different perspective.“It is true that the risk is high,” she said, “but sometimes demand and supply can coexist and grow together.”

She continued,“The idea of construction here is promising, but without proper research, it is difficult to make accurate analysis. However, there is a strong possibility of profit because the area is still developing.At this stage, the cost of resources is relatively low.Construction may take more than a year,"she added,“and by that time, the value of the area could increase significantly—possibly even doubling the investment in the coming years.”

Pointing back to the map, Emily concluded, “We can already see growth in technology, schools, and hospitals. This clearly indicates that the area is developing faster than we might expect.”

Robert Stellar asked how about dot com bubble? Everyone stunned by this question and begin to gave answers such as if there is a no buyer,then we trapped in hedging.Emily said,there is a possibility of hedging but we need to estimate demand forecasting and we need to make sustainable demand before flipping or renting because it needs to balance both speculation and Prime loan efficiently.If ignorance made in any of these would backfire on us due to high price increase without value based on the people's belief which cause a bubble.

He asked everyone to wait for next round i.e.final interview. The candidates appreciated Emily,“ We don't know, how to answer that question?because it's confusing and a bit difficult, but you did a great". She said,“thank you for your appreciation, it means a lot to me". Robin came to interview discussion hall and asked them to take refreshments. He went back to Robert Stellar office, where he handled the files and asked Are you impressed? He smiled and asked robin to prepare an offer letter without saying the name of the candidate.

Robert Stellar called candidate 1, he interviewed him and called candidate 2,he also gave an interview. Finally, He called Emily Rose, She entered his office and taken a seat. Robert Stellar asked her to wait outside. Where he called robin and ask them to leave, make sure to say, they will receive a mail notification. Robin said to them, and they moved to first floor and discussed they will let us know if they are impressed with our answers. If not, they will not be notified for next progress.
