To everyone reading this, sometimes loving someone isn't about how loudly you confess or how many times you say "I love you." Feelings are sincere, but they should never become a burden for the person receiving them.
No matter how genuine a confession is, the other person still has the right to their own feelings. Love cannot be forced, rushed, or earned through persistence alone. It grows through mutual understanding, respect, and choice.
So while it's admirable to be brave enough to express your feelings, it's just as important to be brave enough to accept whatever answer comes after.
So before you love someone, ask yourself first. Do you live yourself? Because you can't have or love someone when you can't love yourself first ✋
