Pravy Boss

Pravy Boss

The girl who walked into danger

Rain poured heavily over Seoul, turning the glowing city into a blur of neon lights and reflections. Cars moved slowly through the streets, their headlights cutting through the mist like blades. People rushed under umbrellas, trying to escape the cold night.

But one building stood brighter than the rest.

A tall, black tower in Gangnam.

Everyone in the business world knew it.

Pravy Group Headquarters.

And at the top floor, one office light was still on.

Inside, Kang Min-Jae sat quietly behind his desk.

He flipped through a thick stack of files, his expression calm and unreadable. His sharp eyes scanned every page carefully. He didn’t rush. He never rushed.

At just twenty-seven years old, Kang Min-Jae had built Pravy Group into one of the most powerful private security companies in South Korea. Politicians trusted him. Celebrities hired him. Even large corporations relied on him.

But no one truly knew him.

Some said he was cold.

Some said he was ruthless.

Some said he never smiled.

But everyone agreed on one thing.

Kang Min-Jae was dangerous.

A knock echoed softly on the office door.

"Come in," he said calmly.

The door opened, and Park Ji-Hoon walked inside. He was Min-Jae’s assistant and one of the few people who could speak freely around him.

"Boss, the investors are waiting."

Min-Jae checked his watch.

"Two minutes."

Ji-Hoon nodded, but he didn’t leave.

Min-Jae looked up.

"You have something else to say."

Ji-Hoon gave a small smile.

"You always notice."

"What is it?"

"There’s a new recruit downstairs."

Min-Jae leaned back slightly.

"And?"

"She passed every test."

"That's normal."

"In record time."

Min-Jae raised an eyebrow.

"How fast?"

Ji-Hoon hesitated.

"One hour."

Silence filled the room.

That was impossible.

Even elite recruits took at least half a day.

Min-Jae tapped his fingers lightly on the desk.

"Bring her after the meeting."

"Yes, boss."

Ji-Hoon left.

Min-Jae closed the file slowly.

For the first time that night, something caught his interest.

Downstairs, Han Seo-Yeon sat quietly in the waiting area.

She looked calm, but her eyes moved constantly.

Camera in the corner.

Two guards near the elevator.

Emergency exit behind her.

She noticed everything.

Her black jacket was slightly wet from the rain. Her hair was tied back neatly, and her expression was calm but serious.

She wasn’t nervous.

She was ready.

A staff member approached her.

"The boss will see you now."

Seo-Yeon stood immediately.

"Thank you."

She stepped into the elevator. As the doors closed, her reflection stared back at her.

She took a slow breath.

Top floor.

The elevator opened.

The hallway was quiet and elegant. She walked slowly toward the large office door.

Knock.

"Come in."

Seo-Yeon stepped inside.

Kang Min-Jae looked up.

For a moment, neither of them spoke.

Seo-Yeon bowed politely.

"Hello."

Min-Jae studied her.

Han Seo-Yeon. Age twenty-two. No security background. Former university athlete. Perfect test results.

Strange.

"Sit."

She sat calmly.

"Why do you want to join Pravy Group?"

Seo-Yeon answered immediately.

"I need the job."

Min-Jae tilted his head.

"That’s not enough."

She met his gaze.

"I want to become stronger."

Her voice was steady.

Min-Jae watched her carefully.

There was something in her eyes.

Determination.

And something else.

Something hidden.

"Training starts tomorrow."

Seo-Yeon blinked.

"You’re hiring me?"

"Yes."

She bowed slightly.

"Thank you, boss."

Min-Jae nodded.

"One more thing."

She looked up.

"In Pravy Group, we don’t hesitate."

"I understand."

"You’re dismissed."

Seo-Yeon stood and left quietly.

Min-Jae watched the door close.

Interesting.

Very interesting.

The next morning, Seo-Yeon arrived early.

The training room was already filled with recruits. Some stretched. Others talked quietly.

When Seo-Yeon walked in, several people looked at her.

"That's her."

"The new recruit."

"The one who passed in one hour?"

She ignored them.

Ji-Hoon walked in.

"Training begins now."

The exercises started immediately.

Running.

Combat drills.

Reaction tests.

Strategy training.

Many recruits struggled quickly.

But Seo-Yeon moved smoothly.

She ran fast.

She dodged attacks.

She reacted quickly.

Min-Jae watched everything from the observation room above.

Ji-Hoon crossed his arms.

"She’s impressive."

Min-Jae nodded slightly.

"Too impressive."

"You think she’s hiding something?"

"Yes."

Min-Jae’s eyes followed Seo-Yeon carefully.

No wasted movement.

No hesitation.

She wasn’t just talented.

She was trained.

After hours of training, only five recruits remained.

Seo-Yeon stood among them, barely tired.

Ji-Hoon smiled.

"She passed."

Min-Jae turned away.

"Assign her to Team Three."

Ji-Hoon looked surprised.

"Elite team already?"

"Yes."

Min-Jae walked toward the door.

"Let’s see what she can really do."

That evening, Seo-Yeon received her first mission.

Protect a businessman at a private event.

She stood quietly near the entrance, watching the crowd.

Music played softly. Guests laughed and talked.

But Seo-Yeon stayed alert.

Then she noticed something.

A man near the corner.

Nervous.

Moving strangely.

Her eyes narrowed.

She walked toward him.

"Excuse me."

The man froze.

Seo-Yeon noticed his hand inside his jacket.

Without hesitation, she grabbed his wrist.

A small knife fell to the floor.

Security rushed in.

The man was quickly removed.

The situation ended quietly.

Later, Seo-Yeon was called upstairs.

Min-Jae sat behind his desk.

"You handled that well."

"Thank you."

"You didn’t hesitate."

"I couldn’t."

Min-Jae leaned forward slightly.

"You’ve done this before."

Seo-Yeon stayed silent.

Min-Jae didn’t push further.

"Good work."

She bowed.

As she left, Min-Jae watched her again.

She wasn’t ordinary.

Not at all.

Later that night, Min-Jae left the building.

The parking lot was quiet.

Suddenly, Seo-Yeon stepped forward.

"Boss."

Min-Jae looked surprised.

"You’re off duty."

"I noticed someone following you."

Min-Jae paused.

Just then—

A black car sped toward them.

Seo-Yeon pulled him aside quickly.

The car passed and disappeared.

Silence.

Min-Jae looked at her.

"You saved me."

"I was doing my job."

Min-Jae nodded slowly.

"From now on, you’re assigned to my personal team."

Seo-Yeon blinked.

"Yes, boss."

Far away, inside a dark room, a man watched a screen.

Seo-Yeon’s photo appeared.

"So… the Pravy Boss has a new guard."

He smiled.

"Interesting."

The rain continued falling outside.

And somewhere in Seoul…

A dangerous game had just begun. 🔥
