Michael stormed into the office, coffee in hand, ready to tackle the day. He was the king of this marketing firm, and he knew it. As he approached his desk, he noticed a sleek, modern card on his chair: "Bruna Oliveira, Marketing Manager".

"What the...?" he muttered, eyes scanning the room. A stunning woman with dark hair and a bright smile caught his gaze. She was talking to the receptionist, laughing.

"Who's that?" Michael asked his colleague, John, who was hovering nearby.

"That's Bruna, the new marketing manager. She's replacing Tom," John replied, a hint of excitement in his voice.

Michael's jaw clenched. A new boss? He wasn't thrilled. He'd been gunning for that promotion for months.

As he approached Bruna, she turned, and their eyes locked. Michael felt a jolt, but quickly suppressed it. This was business.

"Bruna, welcome to the team," he said, extending a hand.

"I... I'll get the files," he muttered, backing away.

Bruna nodded, her cheeks flushed. "I'll... uh... get the coffee."
