He took a deep breath then started to observe the man holding the blade right in front of him ,he noticed the executioner is a half step too far to his left. No execution officer high of his rank would make such a mistake it left a wrong angle and the body exposed he concluded this man is not a professional in fact his not even an executional as he thinks in his mind that means"I have found my way out of here ,it looks like he was temporary appointed, then he looked at armor he was wearing at first it looked right at a glance. "He must have killed the man meant to kill me today and take his place,is he a replacement". Luo Tian let his eyes drop to the boots. He noticed a pale dust that was on the shoes of the executioner the dust looked like something that took days to accumulate, this strengthen the believe that this man is a spy ,His gaze moved to his hands the calluses were truly real but the went from sparring or drills. They were from something different maybe like a craftsman's not a soldier or even a fighter ,And then he looked at the sleeve of the executioner there was a dark stain along the edge of it ,it was dried and it was not blood ,as he taught to him self "this smell am not mistaken this is apothecaries" Medicine he Whispered.

"With just three seconds luo Tina had found a way to escape"

Luo Tian spoke.

"You shouldn't be the one killing me today are you" looking directly into the man's eyes ,the executioner didn't answer, in his mind he thinks who this kid does he knows who I really am" his grip tightened around the hilt.

That's enough brat stop talking. He said

"You replaced someone not long ago ," Luo Tian said. The man's eyes moved in a way that hits his trying to hide something. By luck luo Tina noticed this Abnormal movement .

"You came from another faction or nation. Two days maybe three"

The man was Shocked because everything he said was correct.

"You've been spending too much money Literally," Luo Tian continued, keeping his voice down. "And whatever it's for it isn't something you can just stop."The blade pressed a little harder. A what less attempt of warning him

The man's breathing changed a little .

Luo Tian raised his head a little . "You're trying to keep someone alive ain't you ." He smiled because the man didn't answer, to Luo Tina him not answering is simply a bigger confirmation that his right. "I can help you," Luo Tian said. His words were brooming With confidence Thier was no sign of desperation Inside them, they weren't a plea but simply an offer, the executioners hand stilled for for a short moment and for that short moment he hesitated then he dropped the blade , moment later

The execution ground went into an uprising of people saying "what going on I didn't pay to see this execution for nothing to happen" while some people were just Confused ,Officials raised their voices. "Guards what is happening" among the guards and the executioner nobody could fathom why the kid Wasn't dead , before the matter could become a big problem, Lin huo the executioner ment to kill Luo Tina spoke "great leaders of the Jade Execution house I believe that this kid Has something that will be very important for the jade execution house , So I wish to obtain this sacred tool before we execute him So please Bear with me" after he spoke the officials gave him the approval, so Luo Tina was pulled aside to a different room . As Luo Tina enters the new room he sighs in relief Knowing that he's not going to die any time soon but he Kept an unreadable expression as his hands were still bound .

As Lin huo enters the room where Luo Tina is being held , he started to study him to figure how this ten year old kid figured him out , he started to create different images in his head to picture how and when he realised who he was but nothing came up he could not understand how this child figure him out , while the Lin Huo was still struggling to understand him , Luo Tina has already started thinking two steps ahead he thinks to him self am a transmigrator from an other world now living in a ten year old body , first I need to figure why a child of only ten year old will be sent to an execution ground and who will benefit from my death?

Lin Hou takes Luo Tina to an Abandoned house, that was close to the Jade Execution house. As the step inside Luo Tina noticed his sister laying on a low bed near the window , she was thin limbed and still , her breathing was shallow and she was barely a girl laying near the window on a low bed, thin-limbed and still. Her breathing was shallow but present. She was barely alive. Luo Tina didn't step forward immediately, he started to look around the shelf where herbs were kept and the water basin beside the bed then he noticed a cloth folded over the edge that was damp ,it was probably used recently ,he looked at the possible treatment that her brother probably used ,as he was doing that he started piecing together the logic and idea behind each choice .

There was no consistent logic or ideas to the drugs he gave his daughter ,they were clear trial and error made and that is probably the main problem I don't even think this man knows what sickness she has, this was just proof of desperate guessing dress up as care. Behind him, the father watched Luo Tina then asked ,

"Can she be saved."

Luo Tian walked forward to the bedside . He looked down at the girl and started to study her color, the rhythm of her chest, the slight tension around her eyes even in sleep. He measured what he saw against what he knew.

Then he realised that this man had done everything to save this girl but he could not, he abandoned his post, he had taken money that wasn't meant for him, he even travelled days to find some one that could save her .

He'd already given everything.

Which meant the girl wasn't just something he loved.

She was the entire reason she was his main reason for living.

Luo Tina thought to him self" this girl is already half dead beside I have no reason to save her I can just create a commotion and escape" after that he smiled knowing his plan to escape will soon start.

Luo Tian reached out and placed two fingers lightly against the girl's neck. He felt her pulse, counted it "one , two , three ,four "and then, with precision of someone experience he applied pressure and pressed just enough that the girl lost her life with out evening knowing what happened then Luo Tina asked the man what is your child name the man spoke " oh that her name is Xún Yào " hmm Xún Yào you say , I think u have to change that name because I dose not fit her"" why do you say that "the man asked angrily "oh that it because that name means found light right but she is dead so that dose not fit her the name Shī Yào fits her it simple means lost from light" Lin huo hear all this he shout "what do u mean she is dead I brought you here to save her not kill her " Lin Tina smiled while standing up then he said .

"did you actually think I came here to save her you were nothing more than a pawn in my chest board, you were only useful when it came for me to escape but now you're nothing more than a worm" the man got so Enraged that moved to attack Luo Tina.

But in a moment Luo Tina struck him so fast the man didn't know what had happened. Luo Tina looked down at the man while carrying matches then said with no warmth but with absolute cruelty "I removed your biggest weakness should be happy and thanking me, not getting angry"

The man staggered backward as if the words had physical weight pushing home down "That was my daughter!"

"Yes so what ,she is dead now".

Luo Tian's voice didn't shift.

His voice was mixed with cruelty.

"And now you belong entirely to survival."

Grief hit the man's face first , Then rage.

"You said you would help me to save her!" He wasn't speaking anymore , he was breaking down crying like a child

"I did."

Luo Tian tilted his head slightly. "You would have died for her." A step forward. "Now you'll live." He moved another step forward. "And you will obey."

The man moved shockingly fast enough for his fist to barely graze his face instead of connecting cleanly , he grabbed a sword from the floor and droved it into the mans knee.

The man stumbled, Luo Tina moved slowly to the back of the man and stabbed him again then said

" you're the one that bought this upon yourself"The man coughed and steadied himself against the wall.

Luo Tian stepped forward ,scaring the man to the point he stumbles back crawling , beginning for his life "please spare me I beg of you , I will do anything please just spear me" Luo Tina expressions didn't change, the man felt absolute fear then he said one word "MONSTER!!".

Luo Tina looked at him for a moment then said don't worry I won't kill you.

He reached into his robe and withdrew a small bundle inside it was something that looked like a dark power he prepared in advance "I told you I would help," Luo Tian said.

The man stared at it. Suspicion and desperation fought for the same space behind his eyes.

"Your body is already failing," Luo Tian said," the matter of fact you won't last up to a month " but that is why it works I want to play a game with you " a game "the man said. He turn towards the door then paused for a moment then said .

"Within seven days," he said calmly, "your organs will begin to fail."

Silence.

The man raised his head in surprise

"What" the man said

"There is only one antidote," Luo Tian continued. "I have it.".

"You… poisoned me…"

"Yes."

When did u do that ,in the order room where we were before you brought me to see your daughter

The man trembled in anger and his rage came back but he could not do anything because of the fear he fills.

Luo Tian looked at him one last time.

"You've lost everything," he said . "Which means you'll want revenge." A step toward the door. "And you'll need power to get it." Another step. "And I'm the only path left that leads anywhere."

"I'll kill you…" the man whispered.

Luo Tian smiled. Not wide. I know.

"I expect you to try."

He walked out.

He didn't look back. Then said" I will be waiting for you to try it ,it will be more fun that way"

Inside the room, the man dropped to his knees.

His breathing came in long, uneven pulls. His eyes moved to his daughter ,The girl was gone. The medicine he'd taken now worked against him. Everything he'd sacrificed to protect had been taken by the same hands he'd reached out for help.

Outside, the night air was still and cool.

Luo Tian stood in it for a moment and started a fire to burn him and also attack the guards.

Then the smile returned it was a devilish smile signifying everything had happened as he calculated it.
