She believed her heart was dead, and she was okay with the silence.

Their secret world shattered when Divya returned home late one night. Her parents were waiting. The "punishment" was severe. They didn't just scream; they used force, trying to beat the "rebellion" out of her. They locked her in her room, bruised and broken, intending to keep her there forever.

But now Divya knows that she is not alone. Her friends are there, to protect her...

Divya sat in the dark, but this time, she wasn't numb. She felt a burning, white-hot rage. She felt the pain of the bruises, and strangely, she cherished it—because it meant she was real.

Outside, Zane was losing his mind. He wanted to tear the door down, his eyes filled with protective fury. But Naira held him back, whispering a plan.
