Chapter 1

Marielle's POV

Hello , I am Marielle an Architect , lately I was being

stressed by my customers and I am not financially stable .

This morning I got a news that I am fired from my job for

always being late . Well its true that I am always late but can't

they understand that I also have problems . So to get out

of stress I started reading this novel about Charlotte

MaryGold Le Adele (I really relate to her ) but thinking that it

will help me it only worsen my situation because Charlotte died.

I really get sad so I decided to end my life , at the building

I jump holding my bag but unknowningly I switched body with

CHARLOTTE MARYGOLD LE ADELE !!! ( Author : Please don't

get confuse Marielle is Charlotte MaryGoldfrom now on . )

Charlotte's POV

I wake up at a very dark room exactly what was described

in the novel I've been reading . I look in the mirror , surprised

because I become Charlotte MaryGold Le Adele . I screamed

" Kyaaaaaa !!! " . A maid enter the room asking " Young Miss ,

you're awake , you wake up late again . Please hurry and

prepare or else you will miss your daily greetings to the duke

and your brothers . " I followed her into the bathroom still

confused what's happening . I quickly remember this scene in

the novel . Then I tell my maid ( Julia ) " Julia , don't hurry ,

from today onwards I will not be giving them morning greetings

and let me just clear this I am not gonna call them father

and brother anymore . " Suprised by my behavior , she stop

but then decided not to argue . After I take bath , I came back

to my senses and thought that God have given me

another chanceto live again . I sit on my table and started

making my plan so that I won't end up like the real Charlotte .

She have her bag full of modern things .

Duke's POV

"Why does that kid's late (referring to Charlotte ) " ask the

duke to the Butler ( Jake ) . The duke was also confused

because the young miss ( referring to Charlotte ) is not

visiting . The duke asked the butler to send a doctor on

Charlotte thinking she was sick .

Charlotte's POV

The butler knock on the door with a doctor , Julia hurriedly

open the door . Julia knows what to do she said " Butler Jake ,

if this have a connection about young miss morning greetings .

She said that from now on she won't be doing it again . " The

butler went to the duke's office and tell him that . As expected

the duke was surprised with her actions . Julia was happy that

Charlotte had stopped her daily greetings , after all the duke

don't care about it . Charlotte in the the other hand was on her

on way to the dining table for her break fast . She sit on her

usual seat . She was with the duke and her brothers . The duke

was quite , still suprise about her actions . On the other hand

her 1st brother Axcel did not hesitate to tell her " What

happened to make you dine with us " he said mockingly . Its

true that the real Charlotte don't dine with them . But she

replied " I just realized my wrong doings your highness . "

Axcel was really surprised because he was always called

brother by Charlotte and he completely hated it . The duke

and her second brother , Zach was also shocked . Charlotte

just focused on her food . The she stands up and said " I am

done . The food was delicious . " The cook was flattered

because Charlotte have high standards . The maids on the

other hand was scared . They thought she will throw a tantrum

after she praise . But that doesn't happened , among all the

maid only Julia understands her . As she walk to the exit the

duke and her brothers were astounded because they also

expecting her to throw a tantrum . Charlotte enter her room

and ask all the maids to re decorate her room . Because her

room was really pale . She wants it to be change with Pastel

and velvet . The maids were scared to touch her things

because in the past she will throw a fit if someone touch her

things . She then remembered the maids impression to her so

she kindly said " My dear maids , from now on I will change ,

lets forget the past 16 years and re start " She say with a smile .

The maids was impressed by her words and do what she asks .
