The Web of Gas

In the sewer pipes laid beneath the city, Iqbal had poured a strange green liquid.

This liquid, upon mixing with the gases of the gutter, transformed into a suffocating fog.

From the lids of the manholes on the streets, this toxic smoke slowly began to seep out.

Whichever soldier came into contact with this smoke, his lungs would begin to burn like fire.

The detachment deployed at the city’s main crossroads suddenly clutched their throats and collapsed onto the ground.

Iqbal stood atop an old water tank up above, watching this spectacle.

He wore an old gas mask on his face, which made him look like an alien.

"Now, a tax will be levied on the air as well," he said softly in his raspy voice.

Without firing a single bullet, he brought the security system of half the city to its knees.

Amidst the darkness and smoke, now only the sound of Iqbal’s heavy breathing could be heard.

Noora's Invisible Run

Noora was leaping from one roof to another on the dilapidated rooftops of the city like a shadow.

Down in the alley, five special commandos were flashing their torches in an attempt to corner him.

But Noora’s speed was such that the light of the torches was left behind even before it could reach him.

Leaping through the air, he released three stones simultaneously from his slingshot.

All three stones went in different directions and pierced right through the helmets of three soldiers.

The remaining two soldiers began to run frantically, but escaping from Noora’s trap was impossible.

He stretched a thin wire across the air and blocked the path of those fleeing soldiers.

Without stopping, he reached close to them with the speed of lightning and bared his razor-sharp edge.

In the blink of an eye, the alley became quiet again, as if no one had ever come there.

Noora wiped his one eye and moved again towards the tall towers of the city.

Sadik's New Weapon

Sadik had stolen a massive and ten-foot-long iron chain from an old shipyard.

He had welded a sharp industrial hook onto one end of that chain to join it.

When he swung this chain in the air, the sound emanating from it was like a storm.

Sadik arrived near an armored vehicle standing at a checkpoint with this 'chain of death' of his.

He swung the chain with all his might and embedded the hook straight into the engine compartment of the vehicle.

Displaying his inhuman strength, he dragged the entire vehicle towards himself.

The soldiers sitting inside the vehicle could not comprehend whether a machine was pulling them or a monster.

With the second strike of the chain, Sadik ripped open the roof of the vehicle like a piece of paper.

Every piece of iron present there had now become a lethal weapon in Sadik’s hand.

He placed the blood-soaked chain on his shoulder and walked back into the darkness with heavy steps.

The Hero's First Mistake

Driven mad with rage, the hero raided an old warehouse with his finest team.

He had received information that the three brothers were hiding there, but this was a trap woven by Iqbal.

The moment the hero reached inside the warehouse, the heavy steel doors locked automatically.

From the loudspeakers installed above, Iqbal’s terrifying and cold laughter began to echo, tearing at the ears.

Suddenly, from all sides, crude oil began to cascade from the walls like waterfalls.

The hero drew his gun, but he saw no human there to kill.

The oil on the floor became so deep that it became difficult for the soldiers even to stand.

Just then, a spark fell from above and, in no time, the entire warehouse turned into a well of fire.

The hero managed to get out through a small vent to save his life, but he lost ten of his finest comrades.

The moment he stepped outside, he realized that for the first time, he had conceded defeat before these monsters.

Alliance of Blood

Iqbal summoned those old thugs of the city whom he had previously left to be killed.

Around a table in a dark basement sat those trembling criminals who once used to rule the city.

Sadik stood behind them with his heavy chain, his shadow on the wall looking like the God of Death.

"I am giving you one chance," Iqbal said, spreading the map on the table with his burnt fingers.

"Either die for me, or die by my hands right this very moment—the choice is yours."

Those criminals had seen that hell in the eyes of the brothers from which they themselves had escaped.

Out of fear, all of them bowed their heads and agreed to work on Iqbal’s terms.

Now Iqbal possessed not only his own strength, but his informants had spread into every alley of the city.

He prepared a dirty and old agreement paper and placed his blood-stained thumbprint on it.

This alliance had raised an army against the government that had no end.

Black Diwali

On the main power grid of the city, Iqbal had fitted a liquid bomb that melted copper.

At midnight, when the entire city was fast asleep, a dim blue blast occurred and everything came to a halt.

This metropolis with a population of millions plunged into a deep and terrifying darkness like the underworld in a mere moment.

From the ventilators of the hospitals to the security alarms, everything fell silent at once.

Iqbal stood on a high chimney amidst the darkness, enjoying the extinguishing lights of the city.

"Darkness is our true attire," he muttered in his raspy voice.

The communication equipment of the police and the army had stopped working, causing a stampede among them.

People were peeping out from the windows of their houses, but they could see only black shadows.

Iqbal waved his hand, giving a silent signal to Noora and Sadik to begin their hunt.

That night was going to be recorded in the history of the city by the name of 'Black Diwali', where not lamps, but houses were going to burn.

Noora's Shadow

Taking advantage of the darkness, Noora chose the highest and most secure window of the Police Commissioner’s office.

The laser sensors installed there lay lifeless due to the absence of electricity, which were like an open invitation to Noora.

Crawling on the wall like a lizard, he entered straight inside the Commissioner’s cabin.

The Commissioner was searching for his revolver in the light of a torch, just when he heard a cold whistle.

Noora removed the bandage from his one eye; in the depths of his eyes, the silence of death was dancing.

He did not draw his slingshot, but instead drove a shard of glass held between his fingers into the Commissioner’s table.

"The color of your uniform will now be black with the soot of our diesel," Noora whispered.

Before the Commissioner could scream, Noora snatched his phone and wireless set with the speed of lightning.

He had not come to kill him; he had come to tell him that their security is now merely an illusion.

Noora vanished just like a shadow, leaving behind an icy terror frozen on the Commissioner’s face.

Sadik's Hunger

Amidst the severe shortage of provisions and food, Sadik raided the largest warehouse of government grain.

The security personnel deployed there fired at Sadik with heavy machine guns, but he did not budge an inch.

He swung his chain like a whip and demolished the concrete wall standing in front of him.

The screams of the soldiers buried under the debris sounded like the sweet melody of music to Sadik.

He lifted the sacks of grain with his single hand as if they were flakes of cotton and began throwing them outside.

When a commando tried to strike at his leg, Sadik ensnared his neck with the hook of his chain.

In Sadik’s eyes, there was an inhuman hunger—a hunger for power and a mania to crush his enemies.

He took control of the grain trucks and handed them over to those thugs of the city who were now their slaves.

The government’s storehouse had now become the fiefdom of these 'Diesel Demons', which was the new symbol of their authority.

Sadik made a print of his blood-stained hand on the door of the warehouse and emerged victorious from there.

The Radio of Terror

Iqbal took over the old radio tower of the city and started his broadcast on an illegal frequency.

Across the radio sets and car stereos of the entire city, Iqbal’s harsh and terrifying voice suddenly echoed.

"Greetings citizens, the prey for tonight is 'Major Khanna'," Iqbal announced with great composure.

This was not a threat; it was a death sentence that was being pronounced before the entire world.

Major Khanna, who was the closest soldier to the hero, began to shiver violently even amidst his security.

Over the radio, Iqbal played the sound of those old machines running that crush human bones.

The people of the city were blocking their ears, but that voice kept penetrating deep inside their minds.

He revealed how he had already altered the brakes and fuel tank of Major Khanna’s vehicle.

Exactly ten minutes later, a loud blast occurred in the middle of the city, and Iqbal’s laughter echoed over the radio.

Every night now, a new name was going to be taken, and this radio of death was never going to stop.

The Hero's Suicide Mission

The grief of losing his own people and the radio of terror had completely broken the dam of the hero’s restraint.

He rejected the orders of his superiors and set out alone towards the main base of the brothers, that old rubber factory.

In his hand was only a specially crafted axe, and in his chest burned the raging fire of revenge.

The moment he stepped inside the dilapidated gate of the factory, the heavy smell of burning tires in the air welcomed him.

Inside, from all directions, the shadows of Iqbal, Noora, and Sadik felt as if they were dancing, as if they were mocking him.

"You have walked up to your own pyre yourself," came Iqbal’s voice from the darkness, echoing from all four directions.

The hero struck his axe onto the ground, causing sparks to fly, and the silence became heavy once again.

He knew that this was a suicide mission, but he wanted to burn these monsters to ashes once more.

Just then, Noora’s whistle blew from the ceiling and the rustling of Sadik’s chain was heard crawling on the ground.

A line of diesel had now been drawn all around the hero, and Iqbal stood in front, holding a burning torch in his hand.
