Well If I don't want to end up dead, I better get out there. And so, here I am, out on the streets again, wandering around. The store's just around three blocks away so it's not really that big of a dea-, ...ohh great, it's closed. Way to go man, I wonder how they stay in business. Well at least I've got a reasonable excuse now. Oh wait, she'll just make me go find another one. Jeez, what a drag....,

Anyway, that's how I ended up lost in these alleyways. Would've been nice if GPS worked but looks like it's taking a leave too. Great. I'm lost.

Looks like I'm gonna be spending my entire life here, all alone, not a trace of my magnificent life left, huuuh... this isn't how I'm supposed to die. I still have to get a girlfriend, fall in love, get married, and then, and then...sleep. But looks like I've met my match by none other than a ln alley. Honestly it's quite amusing that some dimwits remember paths like these.

I'm just gonna wander around...

" Well hello there boy...", said an old, creepy, shivering voice. Never in my life had I been this afraid, other than the time I peed my pants when I was three years old.

I turned around slowly, with just enough momentum so that I don't face what's in store for my that quickly.

It was a masked person, an old lady, presumably.

She was wearing a cloak to cover her face. I didn't think even old people would feel insecure about their wrinkles, or do they?

"Fate has brought us to meet...", she said, in a way that made my sould leave this planet. I was pretty sure it did. Luckily, I didn't drink much water today.( if you know, you know)

She just stood there, making an expression which I assumed to be her smiling.

I didn't believe in things like fate. And even if I did, I'd expect it to make me meet with a pretty hot girl, not a woman who's gonna ascend the land soon. No offense though.

So I ask her what this was about. No reply, no reaction. Honestly, times like this make me realize how beautiful my bed is.

" Y-you're the destined one, little fledgling."

If I was any younger, I would've slapped myself to get out of this nightmare. I mean all of this is too much for a packet of milk. Darn that grocery store. Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, she began to levitate. Literally, LEVITATE.

"You, who have been picked by two, shall unite to become one, and shall reclaim-",

And that's it, she turned into ashes. LITERAL ASHES!

" uhh, what...?", was my brilliant reply to the phenomenon that had just occurred before my eyes.

Oh I wanna go home so badly. This is why people should explore more!, oh wait, guess it's my fault.
